Everything about this property is great. The apartments are spacious, clean and they have everything you could need to spend a couple great days at Disney and be able to eat at the apartment or do laundry. Beds are comfortable and perfect for a good night rest. Parking is always easy and check out process is smooth. I have stayed here a bunch of times and will always be back!

Every time after you check in, they give you a sales pitch. I always listen to them because I know it must be hard for them too and typically once you say you’re not interested they let you go. I’ve stayed here at least 4 times and every time it was very nice and smooth. This one time the woman pushed me so hard that it made me uncomfortable. I totally understand that it’s their job and they make commission out of it (which she reminded me of) but sometimes you just need to know when to stop.

Second year in a row... And I'll be back next year. The apartment has everything we needed, and the gym is well equipped too. The Team working there has always been very helpful and friendly (especially Angela who really was an... Angel!). It's close to Disney, Universal Studios, shopping centers, supermarket, you name it. Counting my days to be back.

I'm not a fan of carpet for hygienic reasons, but it's everywhere in Florida, so all good!

The room itself was phenomenally clean and well supplied from Roots bath products to kitchen utensils and tools. While I did not partake, a food truck in the parking lot was a great service. Texts to my phone providing info about the food truck and inviting questions and requests was a nice, personal but not intrusive touch. Friendly staff at check in and around the property during stay. The pools were fine, not fabulous. The location was delightfully tucked away but literally every convenience within a few minutes. All for a reasonable price. I will return. Well done.

Very spacious clean room with good conditioning. the room is equipped with most of the amenities you may need in a long stay we didn't have time to try the pool or the gym so I can't give any opinion about them. the location is very convenient. easy to access with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby

There's a security deposit that should be returned in 3 to 10 work days to your account. I didn't think this makes any sense and I believe the resort should drop it

I love that it is always clean at Wyndham, they have a lot of nice amenities inside of the room and everything is always peaceful. The rooms are always spacious.

There is really nothing that I don’t like about Wyndham. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is very nice although I do wish they would install a slide or even a lazy river. But it’s not really a complaint as everything is just beautiful.

Great apartment, well equipped with everything you need, even including washing power and liquid. Pool was great and very quiet. I was working in the day but great to come back and have an evening swim as the pool is warm and open until 11.

Slightly noisy AC/fridge but overall very happy with the apartment

I liked the location of the resort and the size and appearance of rental unit.

Our flight was delayed so I didn’t arrive until the next day, I called the resort to let them know we wouldn’t be checking in the next day. I was told we were fine since we were in a 24 hour window but when we arrived our reservations were cancelled. No communication! I had to wait 30 mins to get checked in, went to the other desk to get our bracelets and my last name was entered wrong. I had to go back to the check in desk to have it corrected, and it took another 15 minutes while my family waited in the car. More activities for the kids would have been nice.

Everything in our room and the facilities were extra clean. When we walked in, the room smelled fresh and all linens and corners were nice and clean.

The only part I do not like is when they try to up sell you the condo's when you first check in. I have an Autistic child and I don't have time to sit and do the meeting.

I loved it! My experience from checking in to check out was amazing. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. Explained what I needed to know about the property and gave me a ride in the golf cart around and to my building. Room was clean and ready. The bed was exceptionally comfy. I checked out at the specified time 10:00 AM but was given a key to the pool & gym upon request to hang around while I wait on my flight later in the afternoon. The front desk ladies were very friendly and professional. I will for sure return.

The 10:00 check out is extreme. Granted they work with you to check in early or check out late if you request it the prior day. There wasn’t any drinking water in the unit. Both pools were occupied by kids throughout the day I wish there were adults hours for one of the pools for half the day maybe? It was extremely loud and the lady was uncomfortable wearing certain bathing suits with kids around.

Quiet and very friendly staff. We like to walk, the facility is well maintained with great walking sidewalks. The location is positioned within walking distances of places to eat, grocery stores, and fresh doughnuts.

The hardwood floors in our room needed to be wet mopped on a more regular basis. I do not wear shoes indoors and as a result, ended up with many pairs of dirty white socks.
