The location of the Hotel is Excellent, a few steps from the beautiful Beach and a short walk to the centre of the town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Cleanliness of the Hotel is excellent, bed sheets & Towels changed every day over our 6 days stay.

- The location is perfect, few steps away from the beach and the center. - The breakfast served is good (cappuccino, croissant, bread, jam, fruits, fruit juice, ham and cheese). - The staff is polite and helpful. - The possibility to leave the luggage after checkout. - The hotel lent us an umbrella for the beach. - Parking badge to be able to park in the street. - The air conditioning in the room.

- The mattress is not the comfiest. - The room would deserve a bit of decoration. - Few more savoury food for breakfast would be perfect.

Super location of the hotel, very close to the beach and a short walk to a selection of nice restaurants and gelato stores. The room matched the description and had the comforts for a good night sleep.

Staff were so thoughtful, my flight got in at midnight and they whatsapped me to make sure everything was OK, and left instructions for me to find the key. My departure was also very early and I didn't make it to breakfast, but without me even asking they had packed a croissant and juice for me to go. It was very thoughtful.

Rooms feel a little old with the yellow light and bedsheets but everything was very clean.

Very welcoming, the reception was very helpful. The pension is 30 meters from the city beach, restaurants are around. 15 km to Olbia and just 3 km to the Golfo Aranci ferry terminal. As we had to leave early for the 6 o'clock ferry, we found a little breakfast in our room the night before

Room and bath have seen some years, but everything was functional and working - so better than the 2-star-rating might make you expect.

You have to consider that this is a 2 star hotel. The rooms are very near to the entrance and don't guarantee sufficient privacy
