I recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Istanbul with my best friend, and I can’t praise the experience enough! The day before my friend’s birthday, I secretly asked the reception if they could arrange a surprise. On the morning of her birthday (which was also our checkout day), I confirmed the details with Nura, the amazing guest relations manager. She was incredibly kind and made sure everything went smoothly. After breakfast, a surprise birthday cake was delivered to our room, just as Nura had promised. She even texted me to keep me updated on the timing. This thoughtful touch made our stay extra special. Thanks to Nura’s kindness and attention to detail, I would definitely return to Pullman!

Everything about my stay was excellent. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and professional, and especially Nura, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Just a small suggestion for breakfast – please consider adding more vegetarian options. Thank you.

Good location. Great facility for UWW under 17 wrestling championship.Hotel staff at front desk, in the restaurant and in general were excellent. Nice big workout area and mats for the wrestlers. Hotel quickly responded to my request to exchange Dollars to Lira. Hotel is a good VALUE.

Bathroom not very clean, floors dirty. Shower heads had black mold. Had to disinfect. Refrigerator would barely cool water bottles, needed to be replaced. Room needed a clock. Need complimentary coffee available in the lobby in the early morning hours. Before the restaurant opens at 0700.

I book 4 nights including breakfast! £10 days for Breakfast Breakfast wasn’t complete free! $2 to $5 extra charge for omelette and fried egg! restaurants very bad foods I ordered three time I couldn’t finish my meals test was horrible! the and start ordering kfc and Mac Donald from outside , .**

The ambience & the staff are so accommodating & always ready to help. I must recognize Nudaa, mumad & ajel am not sure of her name but this three were exceptional. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Neat environment

The hotel is very luxurious and is the perfect place to host the event and it's visitors. One member of staff that really stands out is hassan at the check in desk, if you are lucky enough to have him serve you rest assured you will be recieving the best service otherwise ask for hassan.

Great comfortable hotel, great services and facilities. Everything is clean and staff is really pleasant and helpful.

My non smoking room had a lingering smell of smoking but that was in the meeting area so bedroom was ok.
