The location was very good, far enough away from noise and light pollution, easy access to the main roads and supermarkets or convenience foods in either direction. The properties decoration was fantastic with the nick nacks. Car parking was excellent.

The property was clean in a very general way, but needed a good spring clean in all the little areas like the backs of doors, air vents, windowsills and ceiling timbers, lots of cobwebs. Kitchen was rather poorly stocked and the room fridge froze everything, probably needs replacing, a little bit dated.

Beautiful old house. Quirky. Our room was very large. The bed was comfortable.

As most others say, the check-in process can be challenging. We are super confident at using technology but it proved a little tricky. The machine didn’t read my passport so I had to add in all of the info manually. We speak some Spanish but we had to use our phone to translate some of the questions. None of that is a drama except we were doing this late at night & tired - and you just want to get in!

Room was warm and comfortable. Bathroom had lovely hot water. I stayed here due to a broken water pipe in my home. It is winter so I didn't see any staff or other guests - check-in is computerized. My two nights were very comfortable and I would highly recommend the hotel. You can get food in the nearby towns. I believe there is a kitchen available for use and downstairs are tables and chairs where you can sit with a fire burning at night. I will probably book again in the summer as I'd love to see what it's like when it is busier

OK few things- takes more than the 1 minute they say to use the automated check in! Worked well enough though. King suite says balcony, living room but neither there! The suite with the 4 poster is a better option. Kitchen with 'Full facilities' isn't- a 2 ring electric cooker, oven, microwave and toaster!!

The location is great. So many places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The automatic check-in machine worked very well for us. The communal area was very pleasant - so much better than having to spend the whole time in the bedroom.

The kitchen was not really fit for purpose. It consisted of the discarded pieces of an old industrial kitchen - huge under-counter fridge that never went below 9°C, an enormous oven, catering sized grill and a very odd assortment of not very clean accessories. The microwave was a normal size and it worked. There was no hob, but lots of pans to put on one. There was no kettle or other way to boil water for a drink. The air-con didn't work. The bath was very chipped and shoddily mended. The shower/bath tap had siezed on to shower mode. With a refit Hotel Caseta Nova could charge a lot more.

The location was rural and very quiet, about 5 kilometers from the actual town of Caseta, Everyday I rode my bike into town and back to the hotel. The room had shutters so it was dark and easy to sleep at night. It was very clean and rustic.

The lighting in the room was dim, with no reading light on the bedside table. It should be essential that there is a reading light in each room. Also, rubber bathroom slippers should be mandatory in each room, because the bathroom tile floor got very slick and slippery when water sprayed from the shower onto the floor. I found the bathroom tile floor dangerous to walk on when wet.

character hotel mainly used for weekend weddings so very quiet. easy automated access but owner & all staff very friendly & helpful with exceptional internet. kitchen available, as no restaurant open. I stayed to cycle all the spectacular sierras & personally enjoyed the tranquil setting & location. billiard tables on site, apparently used by the champions of spain..

Nice good hotel with clean rooms and comfy beds. Air conditioning in rooms private bathroom and toiletries included. I'm very happy with my stay and as well with the price. Thank you.

It's saying that there's a kitchen but actually you can't cook anything cause there's no hob (cooker) just a toaster and microwave.

Love this old country house, great countryside location and even though it has a self registration reception it is quite straightforward and this is reflected in the reasonable price.

Kitchen could be more user friendly and have more of the basic essentials like cutlery

Stylish hotel complex with old times design and charming atmosphere. Very beautiful and comfortable. The self check-in process was easy. Nice room and shared areas. Large private bathroom. Fully equipped shared kitchen. Air-conditioning, heaters, hot water, wifi, mini fridge, shampoo, bath gel etc - everything is available for a comfortable stay.
