This is a lovely hotel, and after 4 weeks of travelling, using different hotels almost every night, it was by far the best. We had a friendly welcome and speedy check-in, and our room was a delight. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the huge bed was extremely comfortable. There is an on-site restaurant with a great chef for evening meals. The bathroom too was large and well equipped. The continental breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

After much thought, and being really picky, the only thing I could come up with was that the toilet seat wasn't soft close!

This is the third time we've stayed here, and we are never disappointed. The young lady at checkin was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spotless, and the aircon very welcome. The in house restaurant was amazing, my sea bass being the best I've ever had. Breakfast was buffet style and tasty.

The garage parking is slightly awkward, but we were just glad to have a secure space.

The ambience, very cool and calm, staff were great, attentive,friendly and helpful, the room we had was great spacious and light, all in all a great stay and would thoroughly recommend it, although we didn’t eat a meal there the provided breakfast was very good,

The staff were friendly and very helpful, in particular, Yaiza and Nuria. The menu showed which items were available in half portions, and the food was excellent. As I was leaving before breakfast was served, a packed breakfast was made for me

Very clean, comfortable, large, spacious room. Staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful, even though they had very little English. Just be prepared to use Google translate, or learn a few basic Spanish phrases. After all, you are in Spain! All you can eat continental breakfast included. And apparently, an excellent restaurant, although we didn't use it. Toiletries are provided, even a toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste! We would definitely stay here again.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, but this seems to be the norm in Spain, so be prepared and pack a small kettle if you like your cuppa first thing on morning.

Friendly efficient staff. Easy access and parking. Fabulous room. Really comfortable bed. Superb bathroom. Fantastic restaurant (best grilled sqid and entrecote steak I have had for years!). I 100% recommend this hotel and restaurant. Even if you don't stay in the hotel you should definitely try the restaurant if you are in Sax.

It is a pleasant hotel in a small town. There is a beautiful castle just above it. It is close to the Motorway. Staff are friendly. The rooms are very large. It is very very quiet.

Breakfast is a bit minimal. The restaurant is a bit pricy for what it has to offer.

Lovely, spacious comfortable room. All the staff were really friendly. Nice continental breakfast had everything we needed. Location was fantastic - just a short walk from the town center. Free parking available right outside the hotel which was handy! Thank you for a wonderful stay

A brilliant and professionally run hotel. All the staff were uniformed, attentive and friendly. The level of cleanliness was high. Right next door, below the castle of Sax, with brilliant views , particularly at night when it is illuminated.
