Very nice hotel for a pleasant stay. In the middle of Stainz with everything on walking distance and a nice view on the Schloss. The room and equipment is very clean and tidy, no sound from outside, and fitted with good materials and furniture. The personel is very friendly and helpfull and breakfast... is delicious! Nice to start a day with such an experience. It has a lot services and facilitys to use if you would like to. I didn't use wifi, so I can't judge that.

Maybe the curtains would be covering the window a bit more so it prevents light from coming in. The jet of the show turns to the right automatically which causes a wet floor outside the showercabin. In person I like a bit more firm cushion on the bed and the sheet might be a bit larger. But these remarks are just really tiny.

Really perfect central location with plenty of free secure parking. The room was very comfortable and peaceful (facing the rear of the building). Friendly helpful staff with lots of tourist information to hand. Excellent breakfast buffet, the restaurant evening menu is fairly restricted with some regional classic dishes. In summary a good centre for exploring the region, and the hotel is obviously popular also with bicycle tourists.

Modern, clean, comfy bed, good breakfast with choice of warm and cold buffet. Parking around the corner or 50 m from the hotel available. Mine was included in the room price. Haven’t used the wellness facilities, but saw the terrace with swimming pool

On the checkout find out, that evening 1 cup of tea taken from restaurant to the room costs 14,5 EUR.

Lovely small hotel in a lovely small town. Nice to get away from city hotels. A few good restaurants, few shops. Food in hotel delicious good selection , breakfast buffet style . Staff very helpful

We had laundry done , not ironed !! Returned to room stuffed into bag. Hairdryer attached to wall difficult to dry hair. Towels in room could do with upgrade.

It was very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been good to know that the hotel restaurant and bar did not open on a Sunday. This is quite common in Austria but if you have never been before it can take you by surprise. We did however have a lovely meal sitting in the sun from a great little cafe in the square.

The pool was busy and too small, the water looked a bit muddy because the pool lining isn’t blue. Breakfast was a bit sparse It would be nice to have body lotion in the room

Very nice modern hotel in the hart of the village.Everything is at walking distance in 5 minutes. A big plus is the parking and a nice touch and plus is the terrace with the small swimming pool if the weather is nice. The breakfast was very good also.

Nice room, good breakfast, we also loved the sauna and the pool. Professional service.

The restaurant is great but somewhat overpriced. Our room faced the street, which was a bit noisy.
