A pleasant stay with great breakfast, clean rooms, and parking. If you pay for your parking ticket at the reception, it's 12€ per month. Much better than at the parking machine underground. I also have to mention the breakfast! It was excellent with lots of choice for vegetarians, vegans, and others with dietary restrictions. It was also for free because the AC didn't work (which we didn't mind much).

There wasn't much to complain about.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. The location is very convenient..but...

The location is also the downside. It is close to the hauptbahnhof and hence it is very noisy and there are weird people hanging around the hotel at night.

I loved our stay. The hotel offers comfort, there is professional staff and breakfast was delicious. I especially appreciate the sound proofing and the fact, that even though I arrived a bit early, I was able to get the room. That is always a big plus. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that I noticed is that the hairdryer needs some cleaning. At least from time to time. I had to clean mine before I could use it.

Nice location close to the main train station. You can also get around with the tram which is close by. Our vehicle was safe in the underground garage which we paid 23€ for three days (great price compared to other hotels). Staff was amazing, friendly and they speak a lot of languages. The room was nice and comfy and the bathroom was clean. All in all great value for money and I would most definitely recommend the hotel.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit too low so it takes a bit when you're taking a shower. Also the pillows could be better.

The hotel is situated very close to the main station which is why I selected it. A seamless check-in and a more than adequate hotel room. I stayed at a number of hotels whilst travelling for ten days in Europe and this one definitely represented the best value for money. Yes, if I return to Graz this hotel will be the first one that I look at for overnight accommodation.

I have no adverse comments to make.

Located facing the train station suited me perfectly. Breakfast was very good.

On arriving the hotel appeared to be excellent, with every appearance of being a place where I would be able to relax and unwind at the end of a long day travelling. However, I was very disappointed at the lack of a restaurant, facilities, these only being available for large pre-booked groups. Also, although there was a small bar area this wasn't manned, and no-one made an effort to be available to serve, despite my waiting 5 minutes.

The hotel was clean, fresh, and inviting. The location was good for either the train station or walking into Graz Altstadt (25 minutes).

The air conditioning wasn't very strong and when the weather is above 30 degrees, it's hard to sleep. The first we had to fully open the windows as tge ac was not cooling the room enough. We left these windows open all day and weren't sure if that helped or if the ac temperature was lowered (after mentioning it to reception) a bit as it wasn't quite as hot the second night. I feel that the size of the room for a tripled bed could be a bit larger.

The location of the hotel is just perfect- right across the road you can find the main train station and just within 15-20 mins of a comfortable walk you reach the Old Town. The car park of the hotel is in a parking house and very conveniently reachable from the hotel elevator The breakfast did really worth it. Wide choice of great food.

In the bathroom we could find some mold, and the cups were not clean.

The location was perfect as we were taking a train the next morning. It is also closed to the tramway station which takes you in the city centre. The breakfast was copious and the staff was friendly, all our questions were answered.

Well, the AC gave up and as it was on a Sunday could not get repaired. We did noticed that in Europe the AC is not as good as in other country, however they do not really use them as often. But then we got lucky and had a storm which refreshed the air right away and we were able to open our windows to cool off the room. We also got a fan from the reception.

The location, opposite the Central Railway Station. Very easy access to the centre by tram. The breakfast was great. We had coffee and tea in the room. The room was very cosy, we loved the central heating. 🙂 The room was soundproofed, we couldn't hear the traffic outside.

We liked everything about the hotel. I'd love to stay there again.❤️
