Lovely room overlooking the river Mur , spacious, everything working well . Delicious breakfast with very varied buffet , great location near the old centre.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room . More drinks in the mini bar.

Really well equipped and clean hotel. Lovely big foyer and rooms, helpful staff and location was perfect, just over the river from the old town.

Quite minor but they really need to better advise on the parking in the underground car park close by. We went into the hotel to ask about parking, as there is a discount for guests, to be told we should get our ticket at the car park. We did this, then on checkout we asked about the discount before paying to be told we should have booked with them first. It was just a bit frustrating. Other than that the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

I liked the whole aspect of the hotel. The room was nice, it´s an old building my evaluation of the room takes that into account. The sauna was very good. The breakfast had a very broad selection and was very good. The hotel bar and area around was very nice and good to enjoy a drink with colleagues. It´s a short walk from the hotel to the center of Graz and there´s a tram station very close to the hotel. Some very nice resturants around within a short walking distance. The hotel is outside the main center so there´s no traffic and it´s a very quiet neighbourhood.

No cons from me. I liked it.

We loved & enjoyed everything about this lovely & beautiful Historical Hotel; especially the location to the Old Town. We had the Reuben Suite for the extra sized room - was hoping for a balcony again looking over the river, but not this time. We'd both hightly recommend this hotel, as return again if visiting Graz. I'd stay here many years ago, & wanted my husband to experience it too, this trip; which he did, thoroughly! The stall, overall, are exceptional ^ helpful - very good breakfast, & the cosy cafe attached to Hotel Weitzer is very good; as their restaurant ~ De Steiner.

NOTHING at ALL

Location: the hotel is really in the center of Graz. it can be reached by a short tram ride from the train station. Though in the center but it is on side street so not noisy. cafes and restaurants are close by Staff : staff at check in and out were nice. Process was fast and efficient. room size and comfort: room size was good. Bed was comfy. WIFI was good and reliable.

Nothing to complain about really. There was some works in the street but it did not cause me any issue since I was there on a weekend.

Super nice location by the river and close to everything. Spacious rooms. Clean and functional facilities. Welcoming atmosphere and nice personnel. Good value for money. Lots of places to eat around. We accidentally found an absolutely charming restaurant Gasthaus Stainzerbauer, I’d highly recommend. My check was around 50 euro and I enjoyed every cent of it- delicious food, variety of tastes and wines, excellent host- exceptional treatment.

Great location for exploring Graz

In the annex (Dream Machine) the rooms are good but the shower is not good - the temperature fluctuates between boiling hot and cold and there is nothing you can do about it - apart from either having a cold shower or getting burned. Also there should be room numbers in the lift next to the floor indicators - you get a room key with the number 59 e.g. and when you get in the lift you have no idea on what floor the room is located

Rooms are quite large (25 m2), clean, separate toilette and bath, Internet connection solid, but bot excellent (on 1st floor). Breakfast fresh, decent choice, good quality. Location is excellent, practically in the center of the city, facing the river Mur, castle hill (Schlossberg), 50m from public garage (you have significant discount for parking as guest of the hotel).

The sink in bathroom is very shallow and not very convenient, during the period of our stay, water pressure in the bath was low.

Best breakfast I've had in any hotel, by far. Variety of choices, fresh vegetables, fruits, spreads, etc. Gluten free bread is also available with variety of cca 6 other breads or bagels to choose from. Coffee was great, juices also. Everyone can find something they like.

Bed was really creaky. Room was comfy, but a bit minimalistic and sparse, few pictures on the wall and a nicer warmer carpet would brighten it up, first impression is a bit cold and spartan.

Really nice entry are, Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We've really enjoyed our stay. The sauna on the rooftop is amazing. Was great to relax after busy family days. Breakfast room is very nice too.

We were travelling with a child and our room was located in the second building which we could reach through the internal crossing. Downside was that we had 6 stairs in between which are not as easy with a stroller. If we would have been noticed about it we would have taken the upgrade to be in the main building. In the Sauna it would be amazing to have some relaxing beds on the inside as well.
