Beautifully decorated, big room, fantastic location

Because of the time of year we were unable to use the air conditioning even though it was very warm in the room. We tried opening the window to sleep but because of all the restaurants on the street it was very loud, so we had to close the window making it too hot to sleep. We asked if they had a standing or box fan but we were told no. We slept horribly for the 3 nights we were there.

Everything!! ♥️ Beautifully decorated spacious room. Large bathroom with lots of counter space. Delicious breakfast (23euro extra per person). Loved their Amouro Bar and also the clothing and home goods store attached to the hotel. Fantastic location in Old Town for restaurants, shopping, the river and points of interest; all within a 15 minute walk. Taxi transportation train station to/from hotel takes about 10 minutes. The Graz Festival was supposed to take place on the weekend we were there but sadly canceled due to the unusual inclement weather of high winds and rain. Despite this, we loved visiting Graz!

We loved everything!

Everything really. Located centrally, staff on a whole were helpful (especially the young girl at the reception who went above and beyond to find me a doctor), breakfast was good although there was an absence of staff leaving us to find our way around what was offered and the room was large and beautifully appointed. On a whole it lived up to expectations.

Absence of staff at breakfast and one male staff member at reception who when I asked for a small amount of milk and some English breakfast tea bags, directed me to the convenience store nearby - I put it down to a language thing.

- The hotel is very beautifully designed, super interesting room set ups and very modern - The location can't be better, it is in the heart of everything, made it easy to explore all sites by foot - The breakfast/bar area linked to the hotel is of great service

- House keeping was not good, they left 2 trash bags in our room in addition to keeping dirty wine glasses/bedsheet unchanged - Although the hotel staff are awesome and super helpful, you can feel the hotel is running on very limited staff which is not ideal vs the money being paid for the stay

A surprisingly nice hotel right in the center. Can't beat the location! Surprisingly large rooms for a boutique city center hotel, and it is generally not claustrophobic at all. The bar on the ground floor is one of "the" places in Graz, with all the positives and the negatives. Pleasant, polite and effective staff.

The parking is a good 10 min away. Spots to unload/load near the hotel can be completely unavailable. Don't bother with the buffet breakfast. Go for a la carte and you'll be delighted.

Aiola proved to be an outstanding choice for a recent getaway for my wifes birthday. Their pet-friendly policy was a standout feature, allowing our fur babies to join us on a stress-free weekend break. The warm welcome extended to our pets, with thoughtful amenities provided for their comfort. The room was not only clean but also tastefully decorated, and the plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city of Graz, and the nearby parks added an extra layer of convenience for our regular walks with our 2 little frenchies. We will be back!

The pet-friendly rooms could use some added soundproofing to mitigate potential disturbances / noises and reduce the stress levels for our fur babies. The hotel parking is a short walk away and having a vallet service would be great. Minor points aside, Aiola is a top-notch choice for travelers seeking a pet-friendly, comfortable, and centrally located stay in Graz!

The location is amazing, as you're within walking distance of every minor and major tourist attraction that Graz has to offer. It's also very quiet as the closest street is one-way while the rest of the surrounding area is a pedestrian-only zone. The room was beautiful, with a unique design. It was well-organized and there was plenty of storage space. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay there.

The breakfast wasn't bad but it was a bit underwhelming. There were only a handful of options, both from the kitchen and from the self-service area. All in all, the food itself was tasty but could've been more varied.

Very centrally located - in the front there is the pedestrian zone - a very stylish hotel. Nice large bed, large room with also seating area for two and extra opportunity to work, stylish bathroom (shower), without disturbing noise from neighbouring rooms or street. Nice restaurant and bar (opposite) also run by the hotel (owners). Super friendly and kind staff - I was lucky because the room was ready for early checkin even, no discussions re receiving an invoice or other support. I did not have breakfast included but the offer looked very inviting. I would love to go there again.

For a longer stay you might miss a cupboard, but I did not stay long and hangers are fine for me.

The location is amazing, right in the city center. The hotel is like an interior design magazine. Everything is just perfect. The beds are comfy, the room looks amazing and they even have Rituals cosmetics for use in the bathroom. Love it. The receptionists are so nice and helpful. The even suggested and booked us a perfect restaurant for pasta that we wanted as it was a very busy night in the city.

The wifi was poor in our room, but I didn't need it. Sometimes I do work from abroad and that would be a problem. But I am sure helpful staff would take care of it if needed.

The Aiola Living Graz is a fantastic and slightly quirky hotel. Excellent reception team and very beautiful both inside and out. The rooms are a great size and very stylish, everything we needed was there.

My only criticism would be a lack of a car park but they do have a deal with a car park 5 minutes away. I had issues with this as we were staying for 3 three nights but the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful.
