Everything corresponded to the description on booking.com. We've liked the location (city center), and the building itself is a creation of Zaha Hadid. Very modern inside. Well equipped, extremely clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Note that you have contactless entrance, contactless check in. After you receive keys and instructions online, you enter the building, the need to go to the "self reception" room, register yourself there on a big computer screen, and only afterwards your keys to enter the apartment will be activated. We've spent some time to figure out how to enter (arrived late night). But everything turned out well.

Absolutely exceptional, a rare gem in the heart of Graz As an architect, what struck me first was the building itself, a masterpiece of contemporary design by Zaha Hadid, boldly standing out in a UNESCO-protected area. Graz is known for its courage in blending futuristic architecture into its historical fabric, and this building is a perfect example of that spirit. From the moment I booked until the very last day of my stay, everything was flawless. The apartment is brilliantly thought-out, every single detail has been considered to make you feel at home. It's far beyond what any hotel can offer in terms of comfort, functionality, and atmosphere. The location is unbeatable. You’re in the very center of Graz, yet just steps away from the city park. Shops, cafes, and everything you might need are just around the corner. Even arriving from Vienna Airport was effortless, the airport bus stops just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Truly an extraordinary stay – I would return in a heartbeat!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything worked perfectly, and the experience exceeded my expectations. If I had to mention anything, it would only be that leaving such a well-designed space in such a great location wasn’t easy!

We rent apartments in this complex every time we visit Graz. The apartments are definitely worth the price thanks to their excellent location, the unique architecture of the building, and the stylish design of the apartments themselves. If I were to nitpick, I’d suggest paying a bit more attention to the condition of some decorative elements and replacing or cleaning them when necessary. (In our specific case, there were visible stains on the blackout curtains and the lampshade of the bedside lamp — seemingly not recent.) That said, these minor issues are negligible compared to all the advantages of these spacious, beautiful, and well-located apartments.

One downside worth mentioning is the lack of a private parking space and the noise that comes through the entrance door — something we’ve also experienced in other units within the same complex.

Great layout. Big bathroom, comfy bed, quiet, easy access, great cleaning crew. Appreciated the full kitchen, microwave, large fridge, cooktop and dishwasher. Good selection of cookware and dishes. Great location. Martin Auer for breakfast and coffee block away. 2 blocks to the Graz tram. Block from a grocery store. City Park for walking, running across the street. Lots of great restaurants nearby and cobblestone pedestrian only streets. You can not go wrong staying here.

I can not think of anything. Maybe an extra water glass?

@ The property was nice and new. The rooms were big and comfortable. Full working kitchen and utensils so one can make quick food as well. Comfortable beds, enough towels and bedding for up to 4 people. Plus old town, the parliament, the central transport hub and popular square with amazing restaurants are just 5-10 minutes walking distance.

I wish something simple like coffee and tea can be replenished daily or on request. We asked for a coffee replenishment but was declined flatly. It is quick and easy olus not expensive.

This is a great apartment, well kitted out, comfortable, and air conditioned. The building is striking from the outside. It's in a good location, a few minutes from the opera house on one side and the double Spiral staircase and cathedral on the other. Graz itself is a charming small city.

The apartment itself was fine apart from the sliding bathroom door, which stuck and was very hard to push open or closed. However, the check in process could do with being more explanatory. What happens is, you get sent a link to pay the city tax. However, this link expires after an hour. Or the email with the link goes into your spam folder. So then you don't get your access codes, and you have to contact Limehouse staff. So the IT process flow needs improvement, in my opinion. Once you get your access code, everything is great!

Superb location and building, although a bit impersonal. The apartment is nicely compartmented with a pretty large living room and open kitchen as well as a comfortable bedroom. The nice balcony attached is providing added value and is a nice retreat especially in sunny days.

Proper ventilation is not the strong asset alf this building, and the fact that there is no parking facility it may be problematic for travelers using cars. Parking places around are available but quite pricey even for a short stay (1-2 days) during the week.

Good location - in the city centre, close to nice park, a lot of restaurants / bistros around Very nice architecture Functional interior, clean, easy to get in with a code.

Only one thing. There is a window in the kitchen / living room lead to the apartment house hallway. So if some neighbors come to the hallway during the night and turn the lights on, it brighten your living room where is the extending sofa (if you sleep there).

The apartment was extremely clean and well-insulated (we could not hear noises from other apartments). Everything was carefully thought out: there was a small dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, pans and pots, etc. The storage space was decent for a small apartment, and the size of the fridge was really good. The check-in and check-out was also very smooth. It was also next to Graz's Opera House; shops were also nearby. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but I could imagine staying for longer in that room.

My partner did not find the pillows comfortable. Everything else was very good.

Loved the modern, beautiful design and size of the place. The amenities in the apartment were also very comprehensive, pity we were only staying for the night. The location was also great, a short walk to eateries and the Old Town. The self check-in/out was also easy and convenient.

The bedsheet was scratchy! We also couldn't connect to the Netflix or other applications. Also, there did not seem to have an option to leave the luggage after check-out.
