I stayed here for a work conference. The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.

The neighborhood was quiet in general but you could hear the occasional conversations outside at night. It's something you'd expect to deal with being in the city however.

The apartment block was modern and well looked after; it was comfortable and quiet and in a residential area. The staff were very responsive to our communications, for example offering a 2 pm checkout when we asked for an extension to fit in with our travel plans. Directions to the property and key access were clear and accurate, as were recommendations for public transport from the railway station; we appreciated the opportunity to sit outside. There were plenty of clean towels and linen and effective blinds and curtains for door and windows. Access to the city was good with just a 7-10 minute walk to the bus or tram stops; also, there was a Lidl the same distance away. The apartment was good value for money,

We were not aware how overlooked the ground floor apartment was by 4? storey blocks of flats so that we used the blinds during the day to provide extra privacy. There could have been some more equipment such as kitchen roll, and coasters and place mats for use at the table.

Cozy and clean room. In the room there is a small kitchen and garden as well as smart tv. It takes 25 min to walk to the city center. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking on the street with fee is available. It is easy to find a slot. Communication with the staff is very fast. They are very helpful. Easy check-in with the door code.

There is no toaster (it is written in the descriptions) and no cutting board in the kitchen.

The whole structure is new, modern, spacious and with all comforts. The apartment was very clean, with a big bathroom and a kitchen with everything you may need. Very much appreciated the coffee machine with caps. In the common area a vending machine and many board games are available. A private parking is available but it's very easy to park on the street too. The neighborhood is very quiet. 15/20 minutes to the center by foot. The owner Anja was very friendly and careful, ready to answer to any question. After many years of business travels to Graz this is the best place I have found!

These are super modern, new, and clean apartments located in a quiet area of Graz with excellent transport connections to the city center. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the managers are very attentive. The pleasant terraces are perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast in the summer. Additionally, the apartments are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Graz!

Clean and very comfortable stay, the deluxe apartment is well equipped for a few days stay. The city center is in 20 minutes walking distance.

Parking in the garage was difficult because our designated parking place was too small and it was impossible to use for even a regular size car. We had to use another, not designated parking place.

We loved the apartment. We didn't meet the owners in person, but Anja and Julian were so very nice, we received all important information in messages. The apartment was clean and neat. Loved the rooftop terrace. Parking was a bit difficult in the underground garage, but finally everything was ok. :)

Although this is not a big problem, but a lamp in the bathroom around/or above the mirror would be nice. :)

Excellent apartment, located just a 20-minute walk from the city center. It was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities one could need. There are plenty of parking spots around the property, making it very easy to find a space. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Very good communication. Easy check in with coded doors. Comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood made a good sleep. Not only the apartment has a modern and fresh look but the whole building. Parking is available in an underground garage, tho for 1 night we did not need it. Between 20:00-9:00 there is free parking in most of the streets, tho a free place might be found only in a few minutes walking distance.

Lovely, large, immaculate rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. Seamless check in/out. Very friendly communication! Overall - really good value for money.

The need to pay the €2.50/day tax with cash (I never carry cash on me!). The same is the case in other Austrian locations - and even some restaurants only take cash. Good to know if you are used to cashless transactions.
