Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with very nice beds, ample breakfast in a beautifully designed dinning room, excellent tap water. The hotel looks really as it is in the photos and everything works.

No free parking space available outside the hotel next to the reception area (however, some guests used it after we had been told it didn't belong to the hotel - quite ambiguous situation) and no possibility to make a reservation of a parking space prior to arrival in the underground hotel parking (16 euros per day). We'd gladly pay more if we could make sure we could reserve it for family trips. Only one chair at the balcony and no table.

The hotel is really nice, I feel like it gives great value for money, the room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable, the room and the lights in the room were nice and cozy. The floors are not carpet, which is great because we all know that carpet gets really dirty, really fast, and it is impossible to maintain, so the fact that the only part of the room that had carpet was under the desk where you can't really step made the room 10 times cleaner. The staff at the reception was also really nice and welcoming.

A small little thing, a staff member knocked on the door, but they gave us less than 2 seconds to answer and then they let themselves in with a universal key. They should give you a little more time to react before letting themselves in. The staff person was really nice and polite, but still, maybe wait 10 or so seconds at least.

The hotel is really lovely, we found the room very comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful and the hotel is nicely decorated. The check in and check out went smoothly. Also I must stay that breakfast was really good, I was glad that I had a lot of options to choose from, even though I am lactose intolerant. The location is great, you only have to walk for around 20 minutes (or less) to come to the city centre.

We were surprised that we had to pay for parking. It was a bit annoying, because we came to hotel in the evening and left in the morning, so 15€ was quite a lot. Also I think breakfast is a bit expensive. You do get a lot for breakfast and it is good, but we still found it expensive. The only bad thing in the room was low water pressure in the shower and water kept changing its temperature, but there was hot water, so we were still able to take a nice shower!

The hotel is conveniently near the TU Graz, and easy to reach by tram 6 from the Center/HBF. The rooms are spacious, have a sizeable desk, and there is ample space for clothes. The shower is good and warm, though the temperature fluctuates somewhat. The area is quiet, and there was even a little balcony. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very friendly and kind.

The bed is a bit too soft for me, but it didn't cost me any sleep. The aforementioned fluctuating temperature of the shower can be a bit of a shock, especially if it suddenly heats up. Overall, there is very little to complain about.

The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a balcony too but we didn't use it. The room faced inwards towards residential property, and it was quiet. Th only noise was from other guests above walking around their rooms. Breakfast was great and good parking facilities, albeit quite expensive. There's a Billa next to the hotel. The location was about a 20-minute walk to Jakomini and the old town centre.

Some glasses in the room would have been great. All they provided were paper cups in the bathroom.

The breakfast was excellent. No endless breakfast buffet, but a small selection of essentials and then you could order freshly made breakfast dishes. Coffee was excellent too, and on demand. Our room was perfect. We were pleasantly welcomed. There is a snack seved by te hotel in the afternoon, you could watch the game in their cinema room (with fresh pop corn!). It's a neat little boutique hotel with that "little bit extra".

Parking is limited. This is expected, as it is a small hotel in the very centre of Vienna. Do have this in mind, and make sure to book your parking in advance if you arrive by car. The hotel can help you with this, and the parking lot is secure and in a good location close to the hotel.

Unpleasant surprise was the price of parking spot-15,5e per day. We arrived at 23h and stayed for two nights. and the price was 30e which is really expecive. You can find a regular parking spaces in the street that the hotel is, for 11e per day. (From 9h until 20h) so instrad of 30e that hotel wanted us to pay, we payed 11. Also, the tax is not included. So, for two nights was 10e

The rooms are spatious and clean. The staff is nice and polite. There is a bar in the loby, where you can order drinks and snack. The buffet breakfast is very good. Location is near tram station connected to the city center.

The hotel building is next to the cementary, so that can bother some guests. Positive side - it is very quiet neighbourghood. The parking was 15,5€ per day, a bit expensive for a spot in an open garage.

The room was very comfortable, warm and new. When booking you have to keep in mind that the hotel is a aprox. 30 min walk to the city centre (that is not some negative, just a FYI). We parked on a public parking spot and were lucky because we paid only 4 hours of parking (the public space is free on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

The breakfast could be more diverse. We had a feeling that the room was not fully furnished (even though we had everything we needed there were some empty parts of the room). The hotel only has an underground parking space (15,50€ per day). In front of the hotel is a parking space from the grocery store and some company parking so it can not be used by guests of the hotel.

We were very pleased with several aspects of our stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious and modern, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The breakfast was good, offering a nice variety of options. The location was also quite convenient, and we appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly. Additionally, the availability of covered parking added convenience to our visit.

However, we had an unpleasant experience with the housekeeping staff. Despite informing them that we were checking out that day (at midday), at around 10:10 AM, a housekeeper entered our room without knocking, using his key. This incident was shocking and left us feeling unsafe in our room. This significantly impacted our overall impression of the hotel."
