The location in center of Graz is perfect for getting around, with tram and bus stops just across the road. Check in was nice and simple and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean, and the air con worked a treat (which was helpful since we stayed in the middle of a heatwave).

The only issue we had was the hot water went out for a few hours, but they had it fixed pretty swiftly. The car park is very small for the size of the hotel, so I image if you stayed during a very busy time it would be difficult to park, but it was not a problem for us.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit, and the breakfast was excellent – with a good variety and fresh options. The room and bathroom were both modern, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel has its small garage, and does not guarantee availability in advance. However, upon arrival, the garage was half empty. I believe it would have been helpful and reassuring if I had been informed earlier that there was space available – especially since I had contacted the hotel the day before asking for the exact street entrance to the garage.

Rooms are great, all new and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room acoustic seemed to be really good. Rooms were warm. There were bathtubs in the bathrooms. Staff was nice. The hotel is in a nice location, a 20 minute walk from the old town in Graz and 10 minute tram ride. Breakfast was really good, though there could be more options of cakes, bread, fruits and juices considering the price per person (15 euros). The hotel has a huge lounge on the ground floor with tables and chairs which is very comfortable. Our dog was welcome to the hotel. We were welcomed with a bottle of mineral water and instant coffee and tea bags in the rooms. Parking is private, but it's next to the hotel, so it's very practical.

Everything was really good, but maybe there could be more options at breakfast, considering the price. Wifi connection was not good in the rooms. Also, the telephones in the rooms were not calling other rooms numbers.

The Staffs are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good, and the rooms are comfortable.

I was disappointed that we were charged twice for the extra day booked. When we booked the extra day on booking.com, they said the extra day was not available and had never been confirmed. So we decided to book the additional day separately. When we checked into the hotel, they said that we had booked twice and that we had to pay for the additional day, even though booking.com never confirmed it. The staff asked us to pay again for the extra day and told us to ring and complain to booking.com. Unfortunately, we can't even complain to booking.com as they don't have a contact number to deal with. So basically we were disappointed with booking.com.

The room was simple, but there was everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and there were a lot of choices. The staff was very nice and helpful for our necessities.

The room was a bit small for two people. The room cleaning policy can be confusing, in particular for the towels that are always moved from their position (but are they changed every time? In the rules it’s written that you have to explicitly ask for them to be changed)

Close to the city center, 2 tram lines are 2 minutes walk from the hotel. With those you can reach the main square in 10 minutes. The hotel room is really nice and clean, comfortable bed, modern facilities. The hotel is at the corner of two main roads, but it wasn't noisy.

Reserving a parking spot is not possible. The spots are limited. You can park your car a garage near to the hotel, the staff was helpful about it, but I think it would be great to be able ro reserve a parking space with the rooms.

Location is close to the center even by foot, good breakfast, rooms are ok and clean, you can be lucky to get a Parking spot in the hotel back yard and if not, there are a lot of free spots outside or payed garages choice near the hotel. Reception is working 24h.

Not so much bad things about the hotel, exept the edge of the window curtain was dismounted in my room and it could be a bit more clean because the hole city of Graz is perfectly clean and nice looking.

Room was large & comfortable, however lighting needs to be improved. Breakfast & restaurant staff were excellent. Good selection. Location good with tram stop close or just a 10-15 walk to Old Town.

The lighting in the room was insufficient. Difficult to see in the wardrobe. Shower over bath was dangerous as very slippery so that we had to place a hand towel in the tub. Laundry service inefficient & way too expensive.

The property was great for a one-week stay. The room was very big. Breakfast was ok and rich. The staff from reception was great and wonderful. A great customer experience.

Even the room was very big, the light was not sufficient as a part of the room was not lighted at all. Also, when cleaning, the garbage was not cleaned.

The staff were friendly and helpful, including securing us the last and recently freed spot in the car park, which we really valued at the time. We also enjoyed the tasty and plentiful Austrian breakfast. I would definitely book again, if visiting.

Perhaps the really dark-colour and dated feel of the heavy room furnishing weren't to everyone's liking, but the bed and the light and sound insulation helped ensure a perfect night's rest.
