Perfect for a one night stay when we needed a break from driving >1000 km. The room was great, with comfortable beds allowing us to get some good sleep. Even though it's near the train station, the windows are perfectly soundproofed and you couldn't hear any noise from outside. Excellent service - kind, helpful and welcoming staff. Incredible breakfast - wide variety of products, freshly baked pastry and even small details like single-use jams etc. packed in glass jars not in plastic. Reasonable prices. Underground parking garage, what was particularly important for us. Not a single problem during the whole stay. Honestly felt like home :) Thank you!

We liked everything:)! Location was great for us, because we came with bicycles and we didn’t use the car in the city at all. On that note, the underground garage on the property is excellent! The apartment was very pleasent, had everything you need on a short stay, a big plus is a nice balcony for a morning coffe:). Special joy is definetely the staff, very nice, helpfull and overall very simpatic:). We would gladly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay with them again while in Graz:)

we had an issue with the room the electricity went out so we could not check in until late that night once it was all corrected the manager was awesome and gave us complimentary drinks and pizza to eat as we had not eaten anything and the restaurants were all closed so she made us pizza in the kitchen wonderful service

Presence of laundry facilities on the property, you have good water pressure, staff were friendly and willing to help explain the machines, where the train is etc. Breakfast was also very good with a wide range of options present. Also very helpful that the shuttlebus collected from outside the hotel - less stress about timing.

Could not figure out how to turn off the bedside lamps so they just got unplugged.

After a year we returned for an overnight stay. Nothing has changed - which is both good and not great. Even though it is unusual to enter every room from the outside, you are welcomed by a quite big room. The rooms are well equipped and have a separate toilette. However, the bathroom is a part of the sleeping area and offers no privacy - is ok for a couple, but I can imagine some guests might not be happy about that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good and tasty. Parking is possible in the underground garage for additional 16€/night. Some might not like the location (about 30-35 minutes of walking distance to the historical city center, about 10 minutes by tram), but the surrounding seem to be quiet and offers some services such as supermarkets and gas stations. We would definitely stay here again.

The parking garage has a limited number of parking spaces, about 32 if I remember correctly, so I can imagine situations where you might not have a space left. It can be also tricky to maneuver out for bigger cars :) The beds were too soft for our taste. The breakfast is served in an unusual way - you only get the drinks, the pastry and a few small things yourself, the rest (cold cuts or warm meals) is brought to you from the kitchen and might not be sufficient for everyone. For example we would have welcomed more vegetables.

This is really nice place for a short stay. For the first time we stopped for a night on our way to Italy. But it would be also nice for 2-3 nights to visit Graz. The staff is really friendly and professional. Small kitchen is well equipped. In our appartment there was no doors to the bathroom, but fortunatelly the toilet is separate ;)

I don't think that breakfast is worth its price. As we always choose the appartments, we won't order it next time.

The room is spacious, clean, very well equipped and modern, with cosy beds and well lit space. There is a secure, privete parking. The vicinity is not noisy and it is very pleasant. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. There is a trem stop a minute walk from the suites. It takes you 5 minute ride to the city centre. Amedia luxury suites is a great choice!

The room is lovely. Facilities were in good working order. Staff was very helpful and kind. I requested an iron and Hanna brought it all the way to my room, thank you so much! The lady in the reception during daytime always greeted me with a smile on her face, thank you for making my stay very comfortable!

There was a very warm spell in Graz and the AC is not sufficiently powerful to deal with these levels of heat.

Pet friendly, nice rooms.

"Worn-out and poor-quality pillows and towels. They also skimp on toilet paper, i.e., they leave used rolls for new guests. Strange layout of the toilet and bathroom. After using the toilet, you have to cross the entire room to reach the sink and wash your hands. Parking and pets are additional costs that are not highlighted on Booking.com as those that incur extra charges. In any case, it is too expensive, with parking at 16 Euros per day and a pet at 20 Euros per day.
