We enjoyed the huge room and the even bigger bathroom which was a real surprise for us. The bathroom is bigger than some hotel rooms. Everything was exceptional. The room and the hotel itself are extremely clean, it is quiet, the breakfast was very good and varied. All compliments to the hotel staff, from reception, restaurant to housekeeping. The parking is located right next to the hotel. The location of the hotel was more than excellent for our needs. A few minutes by car to the center of Graz, a few minutes to the highway.

In the room there was no notice about the internet network and wi fi password. We received this information the next day at the reception. If you come to the hotel and have to work, this can be a problem.

The room was very efficiently designed, with enough storage space. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very convenient located for travellers who come by car. There is free parking in front of the hotel and there is a supermarket opposite of the hotel. It is not very near to the city centre but by car it is only about 15 mins drive. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is also very dog friendly.

Graz is very beautiful town especially at Christmas time. Hotel was very close to the city centar, maybe 10 minutes by car. Hotel is pet friendly, which is very important to us. Even our dog got cookies at the check out haha The stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great,there was really everything you need for breakfast. Room was huge, clean and warm. We definitley reccommend this accommodation and 100% that we will come back. BEST REGARDS FROM CROATIA ♡♡

Easy to reach by car. Possibility of free parking. Good self check-in.

Rooms very small (maybe around 10 sqm without counting toilette and corridor). Only separated beds. No vertical wardrobes but only some closet shelves.

the deluxe rooms are a great size and are very clean and comfy. well decorated with scenes of graz

Compared to other hotels/apartments in Graz, this was more affordable and completely reasonable as it had everything its supposed to have;clean sheets/towels/bed. Room was a bit smaller ,with small windows but I think staying here is very convenient and budget-friendly when visiting Graz for 2-3 days.

The location is not the best as you will need a cab/public transport to commute to the city centre.

Rooms and other facilities were clean and comfortable.

We came after reception working hours, we couldn’t find parking space in the lot which made the stay much more problematic.

One of the best hotels I've ever seen. It was clean and classic. You can do the check in by yourself on a machine which is pretty cool. The only minus is you don't have a mini fridge but that didn't bothered me at all.

Ideal location away from busy roads and to services. Helpful staff who helped us with online check-in even late at night.
