The Kiwano Hotel Graz is an excellent choice for both tourists and business travelers. Its convenient location right by the highway makes it easily accessible, while still providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Their amenities meet all expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel restaurant is a true gem. The delicious dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients, will delight even the most discerning palates.

For a small hotel, this was a very friendly and well run hotel. We only stayed for one night but the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for people needing to stay in the area for access to the motorway or airport. Even if people want to visit Graz, the 7 minute ride into Hbf is not a chore.

Light of aircondition was very bright (for light sensitive people difficult to sleep (I was not)), but you need aircon in summer because room under the roof - old shirt of former renter in the cupboard - wash-sink very narrow for washing hands there - carpet very old - shower head for bath-tubes but not for shower

We appreciated the staff's attitude. For us, the position next to the highway was all we needed. The massage chair was fantastic and, if you like Asian food, the restaurant is very, very good, it took me back in Japan with vegan Maki avocado and cucumber. They have us a bottle of water for the night and brought food in the room for dinner.

The room was very special, hard ti describe, extremely big, unexpected design even if we saw the pictures, very special room. A bit smelly because it is on top of the restaurant. The pillows were awful, the bathroom all in glass is just for very open couples. I don't say good or bad, I say strange.

Comfortable bed. Easy self check in. Good communication with staff. Free parking near the apartment. Good and easy location.

fridge is not working. a lot of dust around the refrigerator. the shower is a bit old and needs renovation. dust in low visibility areas, air conditioner needs cleaning, there is a lot of dust in it

Good location close to the main road of Graz. Big elegant room, comfortable bed, snow-white linen and towels, beautiful bathroom, quiet environment. Excellent parking for cars. Friendly staff, warm welcoming.

Rooms are very basic and the hotel seems more like colleague accommodation than hotel.

Breakfast is modest but OK. It is a small hotel and not to be compared with larger hotels, both in terms of facilities and breakfast. But overall good value for the price and very clean. Airco works fine. Free parking in front of hotel. Asian cuisine restau on site serves à la carte but also a buffet-style.

wifi is very unstable. Every 5min you have to reconnect.
