The hotel was very close to the highway (approx. 3km) which was convenient for our travel as we use this hotel just for one night on the way to Italy. This was our main reason for choosing this hotel - proximity to highway. Additionally the hotel was based on self check-in and check-out basis so no need to worry about the reception being open upon arrival. Addiotally the hotel offers free parking just infront of the hotel. The apartment had well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast was okay - delivered infront of the room door (bread, ham, egg, tomatoes, yogurt, butter, marmelade ; orange juice and apple + tea, coffee) no buffet breakfast.

The room was quite clean, but still could be improved.

Great apart-hotel with spacious rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all what you need. For the persons that are not sticking to breakfasts and prefer to cook themselves. Its clean, neat, has a large parking and the beds are comfotable. It will require some efforts on check in, but the process is intuitive and moreover there is an instruction by the check in terminal. So no worries. For lunch or dinner there is a Pizzeria near the hotel with very good Italian food with moderate prices.

Functional location close to highway. Direct bus nr 34 to Graz center , great. Own pantry kitchen , very clean and high building standard. It felt luxurious for me . Good parking. Very generous room. Very complete utensils. Bathroom pleasant size and modern.

The electric buzz emanating from the electric box next to the door. It is a love breaker. They must realize this. A pity , but it drove me nuts So much effort to make the formula work and then this annoying buzzzz.

Comfy, spacious, well equipped studio. Comfort beds. Very good location if you are in transit (1 km or so from A2 highway). Free parking in front of the building.

There is no neither air conditioner nor ventilation. But it's Graz and it was about 30C. We had a street side. If you open the windows, there is very noisy. But you can get a small flow of a fresh air. It was very strange that in a new building there is no air conditioner and even ventilation.

Close to the highway from where you can go anywhere, close to Mur from where you can go to city center on the amazing bike path, huge elevator for bikers who like to keep their bike safe, big hotel parking 10m from the entrance, nice view from the windows looking straight to the sunrise, Quiet room, didn't hear the neighbours whatsoever. Perfect room temperature (which is extremely rare in Austria), althugh I didn't notice any system of heating/cooling in the room. Very strong water pressure, nice when you shower. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms. Decent TV channels. Very good window phonic isolation given the traffic at the windows. Would definetely come back here.

I would've liked to have a toaster in the room. Being located on a very busy street if you like to open windows it is pretty noisy and the air is not that clean. The self check-in terminal had a Windows error at some moment, being completely unusable. Fortunately it didn't affect me, but I suppose is not much fun to try to check in at that moment.

Since I traveled by car, there is good open parking space for free. The contactless check-in experience is great. It is easy and fast. There is one Italian restaurant within the building(I haven't tried). Bus station nearby (to access the city center). 24 hour bistrobox available just 2 mins walk for snacks/drinks. Just 5/7 mins drive from the motorway.

The bed and pillow are not that comfortable(too soft and the pillow is hard or has neck pain). The room is kind of hot (in my feel and opinion). I can't open the windows for the whole night as it was a bit chill outside when we stayed at the accommodation. It was a bit hot and felt suffocated by closing the windows the whole night. Would be great to have AC for the visitors during summertime. And need a bit firm and comfy bed + pillow.

Good apartment at the entrance of Graz. Apartman is located near highway access, somewhere on border of Graz in intustrial part. It's easy to find and access from highway. 15min to city center by car. Parking is behind building where is also entrance for apartments. Parking is included in price which is good. Check-In is done on automatic machine where you need to pay by card (no cash) to get your room access card, you need to enter your booking number and fill some info and in few minutes you get your door access cards. Apartments are on second floor accessed by elevator. Check-Out is until 10:00 and you just put cards in post box on left of machine you used for Check-In. Room is good size, clean, high ceiling. There is 3 capsules for nesspresso coffee machine and 2 tea bags. Water heater needs calk cleaning (water spout net/filter was clogged and we needed to clean it) but it served purpose. There is no sugar or creamer which was minus for us. Apartment have fridge but we would expect welcome water bottle in it so please consider adding it like other hosts for future guests. Bathroom is big enough with towel heater and hair dryer, some universal bottle soap and body wash. There is no air conditioner in apartment so it can be challenging during summer but now in April it wasn't a problem. Apartment have central heating in room and in bathroom. Near apartment is very good bakery, 2min walk with good pastry choices, coffee, dairy and soft beverages. Bakery have parking lot in front so you can have breakfast there after check-out. Overall good for short stay. 9/10

The self check-in process was smooth, reqesting to fill only car plate number and my birth date. The rest of the details were already filled by the booking. The terminal suggested up to 3 card-keys, and I selected 2. The room, though compact, was incredibly convenient and well-organized, with a perfect interior. It included amenities like an Induction Cooktop, electric kettle, and a capsule coffee machine, along with 3 coffee capsules and 3 tea bags. Additionally, there were 3 bottles of water provided in the room, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The thermostatic faucet in the shower was a great feature.

The instructions for finding the self check-in desk were not clear. Initially, I thought it was located in the basement, which I understood -1 floor, but it was actually accessible from the outdoor parking area on the ground floor. However, when I sent a message to the property administration for clarification, they responded quickly, resolving the doubts. So everything was excellent!

Good on the transit through the country, for short stay. White bedsheets, towels, hairdryer. Kitchen to prepare breakfast. Automatic black outs. Parking by the house, elevator, self checkin. Responsive staff. Shops, cafes nearby.

Very noisy from both sides of the streets. No dishwasher, salt or pepper. Pillows. Stained sofa and carpet. Broken reading lamps by the beds.

Great location, close to the motorway in a suburbs of the city but the place feels safe and quiet. Spacious parking available which was awesome. Good restaurant in the same building.

Place is great and nicely furnished, but the cleaning service could have done much better job as it wasn't spotless clean unfortunately. There were dust with hairs on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, fridge was dirty, coffee stains on the table. I had to clean it to be able to use it.
