Very clean, cleaners come every day, reasonable size room and bathroom, blinds and curtains so room can stay dark well into the morning if required. Openable windows. Room has fridge, kitchenette downstairs with a few plates, bowls, microwave etc.

Garage next door can be noisy after 9am if you are on that side of the building (Previously stayed on the other side of the building and never heard it). You need a car or to catch the bus to get anywhere central.

A very decent place — quite spacious, with many apartments, although most of them are empty outside the season. Overall, it's quiet and peaceful. Early check-in is available, and there's also a small kitchen in the apartment. The room lacked small welcoming details, such as drinks or snacks in the fridge — it’s best to shop ahead of time. There's a nice spot nearby for breakfast and coffee — I can definitely recommend MARTIN AUER.

Could be a bit cleaner. Also, there aren’t many activities for kids near the place.

Overall it's a great place for a good price. New, clean and functional facilities. The room had Aircon which is great to have on a hot summer day in Graz.

I was not able to keep it on overnight because there was too much airflow even with the slow fan setting. The fridge was a bit loud and heated the room up again. The pillow was too stiff and high for my taste, I had a hard time sleeping on it, and unfortunately the reception was not open anymore when I noticed. It would be a great addition to add a thinner pillow, or a pillow that can be more formed into the closet.

Everything was just perfect. We were traveling through Austria and stayed only for one night. We booked the room very late, around 7 pm and contacted the hotel immediately that we will arrive around midnight. They were very helpful, left us the keys and sent us the details how to get in. The room was super clean and tidy, and sound proof, so we could sleep tight. Check out was 11 am, which was also great. We highly recommend it!

The hotel is located near the A2 highway, in a very quiet location. Very pleasant service at the reception. We slammed the door and came from the city after 10 p.m. and the reception is only open until 9 p.m., after calling the phone number, the owner came to open the room for us. The hotel room smells of cleanliness, the beds are made of high mattresses, it is great to sleep on them. An ideal place to rest halfway to Italy from Slovakia. The bedding is luxurious, we slept really well and in the morning we could continue our journey refreshed. There is a machine for coffee, soft drinks and tea at the reception. Location is good and the bed is very comfortable and new. Overall, very good for the price, staff is friendly and incliudes a parking lot.

Pillows are extra uncomfortable, fridge had a strange, almost like human snoring sound at night, so we switched it off after it scared the ….out of us:)

We were looking for a cheap hotel with parking included. We used bus and tram to get in the city, Jakominiplatz is about 30 minutes. The hotel is small and almost brand new so it was nice and quiet.

Nothing serious, the air circulation wasn’t working in the bathroom/toilet. The coffee machine was struggling with card payment but they refunded few days later the “false charges”.

A nice room with a spacious bathroom. The staff was very kind. On our arrival there was a cute little girl who was quietly playing in front of the reception and from the very beginning she warmed our hearts. I liked the detail that each of the rooms had a different message to make you feel at home.The beds were comfortable and the price very low for the quality of service compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip.

Stayed just overnight on the way somewhere else. Everything very convenient, quick, modern, clean- perfect for the purpose of quick sleep and refresh. You book, they leave you the card in the box, they share a code with you, you do not need anybody neither for check in, nor for a check out. One minus is that you do not have breakfast, but that's all. Price is good.

Perfect location close to the highway and they offer self service late check in. The room is very clean.

The available parking is less than the capacity so I had to park on the street which I was not sure if it was alright
