The staff was indescribably kind. They spent the Easter with work, but they treated us like family, especially the Hungarian lady, who spoke to us kindly every time she saw us, gave us chocolate bunnies, and even invited us for cappuccino. The place is more than dog-friendly, practically dogs are the kings here. Every little detail, even in the rooms, carries some kind of attention, kindness, for example, the drinks in the fridge are for free. The privat lake is amazing...

No problems

We stayed for one night in a room with a beautiful lake view. The area is tranquil and calm, perfect for a rest after a long trip. The location is also very fortunate - just a few kilometers from the highway. The staff was cheerful and helpful, genuinely nice people. The room was clean and modern. Free drinks in a mini bar are a pleasant surprise.

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable, warm and clean. The view of the small lake of the hotel was fantastic. There were also complimentary drinks.

I think that parking should be offered for free, as the hotel is located in a quite neighborhood and you need a car to get there. To be fair, we were not charged for the parking, but the policy is that parking is not for free.

The location is a bit remote but very peaceful and easy to get to. The hotel offers plenty of parking spots which are free. The room was big, clean and had everything we needed.

In the evening there were some strange banging sounds in our wall. Not sure exactly where those came from, might've been from the gym. It felt like someone playing with a football agains the wall.

The Hotel is in a nice small town near Graz and has a lovely lake outside which we had a view or from our balcony. We travel from Italy to Poland a few times a year and will make this our mid-point stop from now on. Staff were great and the breakfast was lovely, room was a nice size.

Quieter frogs would be nice :)

The room was very comportable, incl. the bed which is not always the case. The staff was very welcoming. It was quiet. Good choice for breakfast and nice big room to host all the guests.

There was not kettle in the room, probably we did not read about that.

Easy to acces, location, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, very nice people.

To pay extra for the parking…

Nice hotel with EV charger, tastefull breakfast and cosy bed.

Instructions how to find a room is hard to understand. Could be simpler or one tip where to find it in message will be great.

It was a little far away from the nearest train station, and not close to Graz in general.

Great hotel,excellent service,gorgeous food, breathtaking lake view. Heidi the owner is very pleasant and easy going lady. Highly recommended.
