Billa is 100m. It is not city center but you can either have 3-4km walk or take a tram for EUR 3,20 from tram stop 100m from the hotel. What I really recommend is breakfast - very comparable to for example Ibis/Novotel hotels which means it is really worth the money. I stayed here twice and for sure will come back. Great for transit but also to visit Graz.

Ration Price-quality is super. Parking is very big, free and directly under the hotel. Rooms are big and confortable. Breakfast is good, considering the price. I would suggest a bit better quality of coffee

Self check-in process a bit too long, and they have only one machine. So when more ppl come at the same time, for more rooms, there is quite a long queue to wait for.. There is no fridge, at least in some rooms, which is very unfortunate for summer periods! We had some stuff that needed to be kept cold

I was invited to register per e-mail since, according to the information in the invitation mail, the reception desk would not be occupied at the time of my arrival. Even though I registered per e-mail, when I arrived (it was night, I was tired from driving, had the luggage in my hands) I had to fill in the registration forms on the touch screen in front of the building. What was additional problem -- THERE ARE NO MEASURES FOR DATA PROTECTION -- anyone behind me could see or read the data, see my signature etc.

Good place for a 1-night stop-over with a family on the way to the holidays, big and clean rooms, parking included, descent breakfast

Window blinds in 1 room (view to the road) were not working. Although we booked a hotel via booking.com, we had to do a self-check-in at the automat at the entrance. The self-check-in process was ok but unnecessarily long and requires answering too many questions

The hotel is cozy and very practical. Its location is extremely convenient, with a tram stop just a few minutes away, and the city center reachable in about ten minutes. The breakfast was varied and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary comforts.

We arrived in the evening and the receptionist welcomed us very gracefully….Dunia was really sweet and explained the hotel facilities as well as how to go about Graz….it’s a beautiful city that’s under rated. Hotel is a 10min tram ride to the center and the tram stop is right next to the hotel. They had a child bed right on top of the queen bed which made my son super happy. Clean hotel and definitely recommended if u are stopping over for a night or want to stay away from the city buzz. Free parking in the hotel premises …highly recommended

Could have had a hair dryer in the restroom

We stayed for 4 nights in Graz to visit the region.The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We really liked the free parking possibility. The room was simple but warm and quiet. The city center could be reached easily by tram as the tram stop was only a few steps away from the hotel. We did not really have any contact with the staff beside the first two mornings and the check out. But based on this they seemed to be nice.

When we made the booking the check in time was indicated as between 3pm and 5pm. However, in the morning of the arrival day we were informed through the app that check in is possible UNTIL 3pm. It was a bit frustrating as we had planned our arrival for 4pm. But the receptionist left our key card in a safe and we received detailed instructions so basically our 'check in' went smoothly. The same miscommunicaton happened with the buffet breakfast. When making the booking we saw that it would be possible to get it every morning. But on the first two days there was no buffet set up. We were told that it's because of the Easter holiday and finally we were offered something to eat. So this issue was also solve. But it would have been better to be informed in advance about these changes.

I didn't take the breakfast that time because I left early most of the time to hiking. Last time I was here the breakfast was good. The beds are comfortable. There's also a Lidl very close if you want to buy your own food. Tram stop is just next to the hotel.

Nice free parking. Very good internet. Kind staff. Clean and modern rooms. We actually had a mini-fridge in our room, although it was not mentioned on booking.com. Good location, there is a tram route right in front of the hotel and it is a 30 minute walk to the center. A Bila supermarket also very close to the hotel. Toiletries, clean towels and laundry.

The shower is not well insulated so the whole bathroom was getting flooded after each shower. But other than that, it was great.
