We are a family of three travelling with a small dog. The services provided were perfect and clear, and the staff are always helpful towards any questions and concerns. We had a lovely time staying with Gollner and they even provided our dog with small snacks upon arrival, a blanket and many advices regarding pet-related matters. The location is quite good, about 10-minute walk into city centre, but quiet enough in the evenings to stay out of traffic and busy roads. Easy to locate and easy to access.

The parking was slightly troublesome due to limited and difficult parking spots, but we managed to sort it out with the help of the hotel staff.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and good size. Good location.

Our room was facing the street and it was noisy even with the windows closed. Bathroom in the room was new and clean, however it had a glass wall with sliding doors which could not be closed entirely on purpose (probably to avoid breaking the glass).

Excellent location close to the city centre. Highlight of the stay was the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful, at reception, breakfast and housekeeping. Breakfast was good, seemed like high-quality products.

The doors to the rooms let through quite a bit of sound, so if you’re a light sleeper, I advise against a room close to the breakfast area. As this was an issue for me after the first night, I was able to switch to a different room, which solved the problem.

Excellent location, especially if you are staying with kids - everything is within walking distance. A bit outdated but it is clean and well maintained. Very nice breakfast and helpful staff.

Sofa bed was very loose and shook at every movement. The room faced the street and had a lot of noise from cars and trams during the night. It might not bother everyone(we slept well) but if you are a light sleeper, don't book a room facing the street. There are no slippers in the room.

The staff was excellent. Michael, Sofia and Maria were all very pleasant and helpful. They knew a lot about the places of interest in the city and they knew how to get there with public transportation. The hotel is conveniently located close to many tram lines. There is a very nice view from the rooftop patio.

We didn't try the breakfast as we thought the extra money would not be worth it.

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was on the third floor, but there was an elevator. The location was near the center and quiet, which was good.

I only missed the electrical hot water pot, which would have been a nice addition—maybe I could have asked the staff for it, but I did not.

It was an one night stay, weekend in Graz. I was looking a hotel that has a private parking space and is within walking distance to city center which Hotel Gollneer both does and is. Everything else... no complaints for this short stay.

View from our room... wasn't very appealing. But, as I said, just for one night...

Nice hotel. Clean and situated close to the old town and the main sightseeings. Very pleasant and helpful stuff in the reception. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food and beverages. Soundproof windows make the sleep undisturbed despite the tram track and hectic traffic just outside our room.

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just in the old part of the hotel and it looked like the room hasn't been used for a while and the air in the room seemed to have styed still for a while. The image of the room is a bit antiquated. However, everything worked well and the bed was nice.

Location in center of the city. Walking distance from anything in the center. Room (Superior Business) was of very good size. WiFi connection good, but friend of ours at 3rd floor had problems with it (it was very slow). Breakfast, standard menu, could be more diverse.

The room had a view to a parking place between other buildings. Poor breakfast menu.

Everything was excellent. Spatious room, very clean, helpful and polite staff. Very convinient location for trams and strolls in the centre.

The only problem was that i could hear what was happening in the room next to mine, as the two were connected through a door (not a proper wall). A couple of times i walked up during the night, when my neighbor arrived, had a shower and dry his/her hair. Something needs to be done about this issue.
