Fantastic small hotel set under the Schlossberg Hill, perfectly situated for exploring the old town. Refurbished from a very old building resulting in a charmingly quirky arrangement of rooms. Bedecked throughout with original modern art. The hotel has a very modern and smart, yet friendly, vibe.The staff were always helpful and attentive. Our room was generously sized with a very comfortable bed. The cafe on the ground floor provides excellent breakfasts and refreshments. Small pool and terraces above the hotel have great views over the city rooftops Very highly recommended!

Perfect location in beautiful UNESCO heritage Graz. Super stylish but is giving cosy feelings at the same time. The staff is very welcoming and caring . Egg-cellent eggs Benedict and cafe latte for breakfast. Splash pool at the rooftop with an amazing view and at nighttime cute bats and glowworms. Very comfortable bed. Loved it so much - looking forward to the next stay.

Just the smell of the organic bodylotion wasn’t really mine … that is honestly all I can complain about 😂

...but I will not have anything at the bar or for breakfast. The café staff forgot half of my breakfast although I was the only customer, I had to ask the kitchen lady to send the waitress to me. I was simply forgotten. The table was dirty and I had to ask her to clean it. She was not familiar with the menu. I was told she was new, but instead of taking care of the tables and getting comfortable with the café drinks and dishes was yawning and sweeping on the phone... The pool terrace could have been cleaner, the bed was rather on the hard side (which some of you may like)

wonderful large rooms in an interesting cluster of renovated older buildings by the Mur riverbank in the center of Graz. Great contemporary art in the corridors and a cool cafe for breakfast and afternoon snacks. Very clean premises and upscale design furniture in the room as well as nice bathroom products. Great quality linen and towels. I received a room upgrade as a Genius member. I appreciated the extra amenities, all great. Staff are professional and helpful, especially the lady on the day I checked out.

The hotel's location is excellent—by the river of Mur, within walking distance of downtown. Parking is not a problem; nice guys from the hotel park your car in the garage, albeit for 22 EUR per day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a nice city view. The bad is comfortable. The girls at the reception are kind and helpful, to be commended. The hotel has a cozy bar, where you can have some drinks and cake as well as breakfast ( a la carte).

The only complaint is that there is no breakfast, only a la carte.

Brilliant location right at the foot of the Schlossberg Castle hill. Walking distance to all the nice shops/bars/restaurants. Also an amazing perk that you can use the sauna in their sister hotel next door. We had it to ourselves each morning!

The room needs a little re-decorating, there was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom of room 8. But the cleanliness was still great.

The window looking into the bathroom. Quirky, modern yes, but for those who prefer privacy a pull down blind would be appreciated. Staff were generally helpful, but when asked to empty an uncleared bin, no one turned up. Also, website does not mention the cost of the parking. It states that there is parking but that’s all.

Very nice design hotel just at the beginning of old town very close to the elevator to the clock tower. Newly renovated! Kind receptionists.

the bathroom for 5 star hotel was terribly cold and also no heater when we asked. The heating was only in the room but bathroom to cold to use with child. Breakfast we got a table reservation but was not included in the price and was not possible to have buffet breakfast.

breakfast was very nice - the friendliness of the personnel was exceptional! we felt very welcome and well looked after! Pool was fantastic and the art collection is unique.

employees were exceptionally friendly but speed of service can be improved. towels, etc. on the terrasse were only removed in the morning - so if you are an early bird will not find a clean pool area

Beautifully reconstructed hotel, design is great. Very comfortable room, great view towards the river, proximity to city center. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy outdoor pool, but it looked amazing.

Breakfast at the restaurant was only average, was expecting amazing food, given the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The privacy of the bathroom could also be an issue, as it has glass window towards the room, and glass door with zero soundproofing.
