Smooth check-in. Two room keys. Pleasant, helpful, unobtrusive staff. Nice, clean, quiet, tidy room. Usual hotel facilities in room. Good supply of instant coffee. Large walk-in wardrobe. Daily servicing and fresh towels. Handy to city sights and shops. Good bed, wifi and shower. Fan provided when AC failed. Would stay again. Graz Armoury is worth a visit.

While the shower was good, the screen leaked at the bottom, leading to pools of water on the floor. Our AC was not working while we were there, but a fan was provided. All fairly minor.

This is a good hotel with nice staff, good breakfast and the area is quiet. The hotel decor is really cute.

This is more of heads up, rather than a dislike. Having never been to Graz and traveling solo / female, I wanted to stay in a central location. However, Graz is very small & walkable... for the price, I wouldn't stay here again - - but they stated a price and I agreed, so I don't feel cheated or anything.

The hotel is nothing I've ever seen. It's in center, walking distance to everything, no need for a car. But what is most important is the hotel itself. The rooms are unbelievable. It literally feels like you are some royalty. Extremely High ceilings, big room, bigger bathroom with marble and bathtub, old furniture, very, very nice. We stayed one day more just because of hotel. There is also a great steakhouse in the lobby.

We stopped here for one night on our way to Vienna and are very glad that we did. The location was outstanding with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. We had a little confusion on the way I booked breakfast but they were able to clarify and correct it for us quickly. We had two rooms, both were wonderful and the location made it easy to walk to some sites before heading out to our next location.

Great location in the old city. Air conditioning was very effective and controllable in the room. Room facilities were clean and modern.

Single room was tiny with a window on a central open space with lighted walkways to other rooms. Window coverings were insufficient to block the light which disturbed my sleep. Breakfast not included in the room rate.

The location is perfect for a walking tour of the Old Town and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room price, including breakfast was very reasonable for a hotel in such a central location.

Finding a parking place wasn't easy, but I was lucky to find nearby on street parking which was free on Sunday till 9am Monday.

Size of the room and the central location. I loved the furniture and decoration. It was easy accessible and I easily find a parking nearby.

Stairs used to access the main bedroom that was upstairs were very tight and abrupt. I would've appreciated a bathroom upstairs. I would've also liked to know what type of coffee was in tha free capsules provided as they were oem's with no inscription. The coffee was good thou.

The room was good and quite spacious, although the decor was a little quirky for my taste. The breakfast was very good and the staff throughout the hotel were helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel is excellent for the city and most locations.

The parking was a little far away (500 metres), but is understandable in a city centre location. There was no bar in the hotel for a drink in the evening, but the hotel was very close to a lot of restaurants etc. so this was not a real hardship.

Perfect place for our time in Graz. Enjoyed the breakfast which catered to all of our preferences. The staff were great. Each classic room was spacious and decorated aesthetically. There was lot of thought and care by the hotel to ensure guests’ needs were met. A nice touch was the lit candle as you come into the entrance in the evening and a fresh flower on the breakfast table.

Would have liked a lighter duvet or a sheet and blanket, so we could sleep without the air conditioning to cool us down.

Quaint boutique hotel with majestic rooms in an excellent location. The minibar was comparatively cheap and the breakfast was great. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful.

My room didn't have some of the amenities that my fellow travellers had in their rooms, e.g. lotion. Not a train smash, but would've been nice to have the same.
