Clean (excellent housekeeping for 3rd floor), situated in a quiet residential area. Excellent air con in rooms and thankful for the small fridge to cool our water bottles- it was VERY hot outside! Easy parking in hotel carpark at approx €11-12/day. Easy walk to city park shopping centre or can drive there in 5 mins and park for 3 hours for free.

Nothing major at all. It is a great hotel at the price. Not central but a few blocks to tram or get a bus. Wanted to extend stay but one staff member said they couldn’t, so went back later and asked another staff member who extended stay instantly (we wanted to stay in the same room). Missed tea/coffee making facilities in room but seems to be the norm.

Excellent quality bedding and linen. The room was spacious and high standard of cleanliness throughout.We could open the windows for fresh air and the air-con functioned properly. The breakfast was outstanding, we can recommend Jufa!

Nothing. The only negative is probably its location. It did not brother is at all because we were in a walking-with-backpacks kind of trip. It took us 20 minutes from the railway stations to Jufa and again 15minutes to walk to the river and beautiful old town of Graz

We had an overnight stay with the family and for such short trips, the hotel is ideal. We took a family room and it was surprisingly spacious. The room was very clean, having all the basics one needs. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area some 20min walk from the old city centre, it has a nice parking space right in front- costs 13.5€ for 24h. Overall, we are very satisfied

A small fridge in the room and better quality pillows would be appreciated.

I liked the staff and their level of English proficiency, we communicated without any problems. The parking lot is spacey and safe just in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is varied. There is a handy playing room for little children. We had some special requests in terms on early checkin and the type of room, and the property made sure all our demands were met, so once again thank you for that! The town centre is 15 minutes walk away from the hotel which is great.

The room seemed quite clean at first sight, but all of us are allergic to dust and the floors were rather dusty. For a person with no health difficulties it would be fine, but for people with respiratory problems this proved to be a bit problematic. Also, the pillows were a bit bland and flat so we had to improvise a bit.

very good breakfest, hotel is in walk distance to centrum ( 15-20 min ), there is good posibility of parking and was easy to find hotel, was easy get there from highway and back to it. Hotel is in silent part of Graz, with outdoor seating.

I order separate beds, but we got room with beds together. Was posible to separate them, but there was only one blanket and one protection of bed.

Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. It's a nice hotel for a short stay. We spent a night there to get some rest on a long journey. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the area was peaceful. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good and varied.

There was no kettle, no tea or coffee in the room, like you would expect for a hotel of this kind. The amenities in the room were really basic.

Parking is only free for 10 minutes, this is extremely short for loading/unloading luggage. We would have liked a queen size bed - we got 2 joint beds with 2 separate matraces - this ia far from ideal for a couple in love.

Location is quite close to the old town but the area around of the hotel isn’t a district you would like to live in. Also at night a bit noisy from the traffic (a big road in 100 meters from hotel). The room has minimum space. The was good. But when we have arrived the room was smelled with smoke. This smell of smoke was there for 2 days we stayed. Parking costs 11 eur per day. Its the same price as to park at the street on Monday-Friday. Parking at weekend on the street is free of charge.

Room condition. Noisy road nearby. The district doesn’t look like it is safe and comfortable to be here at late evening.

Good location, close to city centre, lots of parking space for cars. Room was really large, decent beds and surprisingly comfortable pillows. Good breakfast with nice selection of food, cereals and fruits. Incredible climbing facility in the same building! My kids loved it.

Lights in the room were a little weird, kind of "all or nothing". The most annoying thing was that the upper part of the bathroom wall mas made of glass, so if you wanted to go the bathroom while others were asleep, the bathroom lights would shine brightly in the whole room. Very odd idea... Also, the TV was really small and could be upgraded to something more modern and larger / easier to watch.
