If you prioritize a quality shower over advanced tech, this hotel is an excellent choice. Both the bedroom and bathroom are impeccably clean. The room also includes a spacious desk, ideal for those needing to work. An electric kettle is provided, along with a selection of instant coffee and teas, perfect for enjoying while working, watching the new TV, reading, or simply reflecting on the day. Despite the proximity to the train station, the rooms are quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was certainly sufficient to start the day, with options like oatmeal, cakes, boiled and scrambled eggs, a modest selection of cheese, cold cuts, jams, fruits, and hot vegetables. However, there were limited options for vegans. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Had I stayed at this hotel for a longer period, or for several days, I likely would have missed having a wardrobe. There was only a simple coat rack available to hang shirts and a suit. For a single night, it was sufficient, but for longer stays, it might have been bothersome. That said, this is really just a minor complaint, considering the overall high quality of the experience. :-)

Our experience at the Radisson in Graz was nothing short of excellent. The hotel combines modern elegance with warm hospitality. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The location is ideal — well-connected and close to the city center, yet calm and relaxing. The staff were outstanding: welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the overall atmosphere made us feel both relaxed and well taken care of. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the Radisson Graz is a top choice. We would gladly return!

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The location is just across the main railway station with shops and other facilities readily available. The staff was excellent, the bed and room spacious enough for two with a fridge and water

The breakfast was very disappointing. For the price, the breakfast should have been much better. The bread was always dry and meagre and there was only one or at best two items to select from. Very disappointing drinks selections. Either they improve upon the breakfast or drastically reduce the cost. I have paid less and gotten much better breakfast

This is a great hotel in Graz. We came in by train and this is right next to the station. It's a 15 minute walk to the centre, or a short tram ride if you wish. All public transport is within easy reach for exploring the area. There is a supermarket right next door, and restaurants located a few metres away. The hotel is spotlessy clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The air con is easy to work and keeps a great ambient temperature. The staff are polite and helpful and speak excellent english. Graz is a beautiful city and this hotel comes highly recommended.

Nothing negative to report.

We did not choose the breakfast option but we had soft drinks and coffee in the elegant, still very cozy, comfortable, and modern lounge where you have excellent working possibilities. The best Radisson so far, even though we loved all our stays at their premises. VERY friendly, helpful staff, wonderful customer service, and everything, literally everything in top condition. We cannot think of ANYTHING to be desired. Besides, you leave the train station and you basically stand in front of the hotel.

I had a plessant stay. The location is great and well connected to other parts of the city. There are a few supermarkets nearby. The room and the bathroom were spacious enough, comfortable and clean. There were basic amenties in the room (a kettle, cups, glasses, tea bags and coffee). The receptionists and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There were vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast. I'd definitely consider staying here the next time!

Close to downtown. The hotel was clean and the room was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Value for money is good

Our room and the children's room were on separate floors. We could only use the room card on our own floor. You had to pay for parking. If I go to a store to shop they validate the card after the purchase and I don't have to pay the parking fee. Why can't the hotel make it so that they validate the parking card and you don't have to pay the parking fee if there is no space in the hotel car park?

The hotel is very close to the train station, excellent location, the room is new and well-designed, for our standard, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, not the best, but was fine for us. Overall, good value for the price.

The room as a terrible smell sometime, I guess the bathroom has some problem with the drain pipe and the smell comes from there. The breakfast buffet is not bad but could be better for a 4-stars hotel.

I love everything about this hotel. The location is excellent, just across the Graz central station. The hotel is new, so everything is still in immaculate condition. The receptionists always try to do their best to help me with everything. As I arrived early, they allowed me to check in early (1 PM). During the check out, Stephanie was super friendly and made the experience a lot better for me.

On my second night, I woke up at 5 because of the fire alarm, not the hotel's fault though.

Brand new hotel, only been open for 1 months. Great location near the main train station. Staff on check in were just lovely and funny. We were early and prepared to leave luggage, but they had a room available and checked us in. It’s a nice walk into the old part of Graz. We had an inner courtyard room on the first floor. Very quiet and great blackout curtains. Nice big bathroom, but no plug. Great shower and amenities. Everything new.

The lighting was a little too subtle in the room.
