We loved this hotel! It is a joy to stay in. The hotel is immaculate, bright and airy, stylish with top art and great F1 displays. Our comfortable big room had a great view from the balcony looking down Lend main street and over to the Clock Tower in the old town. In about 5 minutes you can walk to the lively Lend Square with its great restaurants and bars and its not much further to the beautiful old town. The roof terrace gives wonderful views over the city and the fitness equipment is well laid out in a pleasant room up there too. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotels in Graz.

The hotel is very new and clean (Formula 1 fans will love it, as it features Red Bull drivers’ helmets on display at the ground floor), located about 10 minutes from the city center of Graz. The entire hotel feels like a contemporary art museum, with artworks and paintings by various artists displayed across all four floors. The staff was friendly throughout our stay. The room was extremely spacious and clean

The hotle is very beautiful, like a modern art museum. The room was very modern and beautiful with a lot of light. Greate rooftop terrace and a very nice lobby. Interesting food options. Good location near the city center.

To location was greate. Even the room is very big, there is not much storage, so take into considerstion this for longer stays. Probably they can find solution to accommodate this upon request.

The architecture of the property just calls for informality. The staff were kind and helpful. We felt welcome from the moment we established first contact and didn’t disappoint nor at arrival nor during stay.

The only thing we missed was ability to make self serving tea for breakfast and warm milk. Otherwise the breakfast was plenty to choose from and all in exceptional quality.

Super friendly staff !!! Loved the greeting at breakfast where the staff said what coffe would you like and how do you want your eggs !!! We liked the friendly atmosphere at the hotel, friendly and helpful people at the reception, the art at the corridors and the rooms. Large room with a lot of daylight, spacious and comfortable bathroom. Good mattress, soft pillow for my taste. We couldn't arrange the temperature in our room when we arrived and it was quite hot (24C) but we told at the reception the temperature we prefered (21C) and they arranged it immediately. For the 3 days of our stay it was regulated, perfect! Walking distance to the city center, nice walk by the river. We had a pleasant stay and we will choose again Lendhotel next time in Graz.

Disadvantage for our room (facing west at the main street) was the noise from the cars with open window. Impossible to sleep with open window which I like with mild weather. With closed window you hear nothing at all, problem solved. No fridge in the room.

The hotel had very nice decoration and artwork on the wall, and overall a great vibe. I really enjoyed the rooftop (and rooftop gym for a great view). The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

There was no separate lobby apart from the breakfast/restaurant area, but after breakfast this was not a problem.

The car park situation is a little awkward. A card is required to enter or leave the car park, which has to be collected from reception each time and returned immediately, i.e. you have to go to reception before parking and you have to borrow the card again each time you want to go to your car. Even after checking out, you have to go back to the hotel to return the card.

I had an amazing experience at this fresh and innovative hotel from the moment I was warmly greeted at Reception to the genuine ‘Come back soon!’ on Departure day. Every need and comfort was anticipated and any requests met with cheerful enthusiasm. I will definitely be staying at this charming boutique hotel during my next trip to Graz!

Everything about this concept hotel was Perfect!

Walking distance to city center. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Supermarkets are nearby. The hotel is clean and it is like staying in an art gallery. The room has a concept of minimalist. There is no fridge. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Though the breakfast is not wide spread, I enjoyed eggs prepared as per requested.
