Very-very tiny room. No space to open a suitcase. Single beds cannot be so small - 1 meter wide! Too small to slip comfortably. Single beds must be at least 1,2 meter wide!!!

A reasonable hotel that provides a pleasant stay for your needs. It is located relatively close to the city center, with many nearby options for shopping, and the train station is within walking distance. You can even reach Schlossberg Castle on foot, which is truly an extraordinary place to visit. The cleanliness in the room felt somewhat superficial and rushed, likely due to the housekeeping staff, who did not seem very professional. The shower gel dispenser was empty and went unnoticed, though this was not a major inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Graz.

The place itself is quite nice, with great staff and nice breakfast (one of the best breakfasts we had on our entire trip). The rooms were clean and cosy, we had a good experience here besides some minor glitches.

Parking was a mess, we informed in advance and were asked to park at a grocery store next door, which only accepted cash. The phone in the room was not working, so the only way we could contact reception was to physically go there. The area around didn't have much to offer. You basically have to take a stroll towards centre which is 15-20 minutes with a 3 year old.

The hotel is really nice - lives up to Radisson quality. The staff were all really nice from the very first moment. Markus who helped us with our check-in was delightful. The hotel is located right across the main train station, which makes it easy to access to the airport -in just 25 minutes! It is also a 20 minute walk to the historic center. There is a large supermarket right next to the hotel. The rooms were small but comfy, clean. Definitely recommended. Would come back.

The Radisson Hotel Graz is my new favorite hotel in Graz! The prices are wonderfully affordable, delivering exceptional value. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness elevate every moment, and the rooms are stunning—spacious, stylish, and cozy. The noon checkout is a thoughtful perk, and its prime location near Graz’s vibrant Old Town makes exploring a breeze. My only minor wish is for a full-size mirror in the room. Can’t wait to return—highly recommend!

The room is thoughtfully designed—minimalistic yet equipped with all the essentials, and everything is conveniently placed where you would expect it. Since the hotel is relatively new, the technology is up-to-date, featuring both USB-A and USB-C power outlets by the bed for convenience. If you prioritize a quality shower over advanced tech, this hotel is an excellent choice. Both the bedroom and bathroom are impeccably clean. The room also includes a spacious desk, ideal for those needing to work. An electric kettle is provided, along with a selection of instant coffee and teas, perfect for enjoying while working, watching the new TV, reading, or simply reflecting on the day. Despite the proximity to the train station, the rooms are quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was certainly sufficient to start the day, with options like oatmeal, cakes, boiled and scrambled eggs, a modest selection of cheese, cold cuts, jams, fruits, and hot vegetables. However, there were limited options for vegans. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Had I stayed at this hotel for a longer period, or for several days, I likely would have missed having a wardrobe. There was only a simple coat rack available to hang shirts and a suit. For a single night, it was sufficient, but for longer stays, it might have been bothersome. That said, this is really just a minor complaint, considering the overall high quality of the experience. :-)

The rooms are a bit small, but they were clean and comfortable. I stayed at another Radisson hotel only once, a long time ago in another EU country, so I can’t really make a fair comparison. There are several public transport options nearby, as well as a few restaurants and grocery stores. We traveled by car and used the hotel’s parking. Upon arrival, it was almost empty, but spaces filled up quickly. Communication with the hotel before arrival was very good, and check-in and other procedures went smoothly.

When leaving, we were accused of smoking in the room! which we certainly did not! A cleaner had claimed we had. To be challenged in such a rude way meant an unhappy end to our stay. A more experienced staff member apologised and said He could tell this was not the case as we had no trace of the smell on us. Please get staff to check facts BEFORE accusing innocent members of the public of doing wrong. I still rated as ten, and we would use the hotel again. Regards Sue
