We had the most wonderful stay at the PM-PremiumAPART in Strassgang, Graz! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the place. The apartment was truly a home away from home, equipped with all the necessary utilities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. One of the highlights of the apartment was the lovely balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the picturesque surroundings. The proximity to the bus station, especially Line 32, made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city center without any hassle. The convenience of having reliable public transportation right at our doorstep was a major plus point and of course, we need to mention free parking for the car. We must also commend the hosts for their excellent hospitality and attention to detail. They ensured that the apartment was not only spotless but also stocked with all the essentials that a traveler might need. The comfort of knowing that everything was taken care of added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. All in all, we cannot recommend this apartment enough. If you're looking for a spacious, clean, and well-equipped place to stay in Graz, with the added advantage of easy access to the city center via Line 32, this apartment in Strassgang is the perfect choice. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Location is great, near to highway, on the outskirts of the city - good as a stop on a journey. Building is new, mostly used for businesses and offices. Appartment is nice and cozy, in modern style, very clean. It was peaceful and quiet. Windows have outside and inside shades and there is AC as well. Small kitchen corner allows for some meal preparation. We satisfied and the communication with the owner was great. Contactless entry gives freedom.

I did not like the bathroom design so much - bathroom is kind of embedded into the room, without separation. And toilet door was missing a handle from inside, so it was hard to get out.

the apartments are even better than in the photo. I note that it is very neat, clean, and has a pleasant smell of cleanliness. everything you need is a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, pots, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric stove, a dishwasher, an iron, a metal dryer, a hair dryer, a lot of storage space, a safe, a TV. the view from the apartment is superb. all the necessary shops and cafes are within walking distance. Nice to have tea bags and coffee capsules left, there were also washing up tablets in the dishwasher. from the road but very quiet and peaceful at night

there was a cup on the shelf that someone before us used with lipstick, check the clean dishes more carefully

The PM aparts apartment is a very beautiful room, which I use during longer trips for an overnight stay. The accommodation overlooks the woods, a few minutes from the highway. It was always beautifully clean, ready capsules for coffee and tea. During the last stay, everything was missing, as was the soap in the bathroom and the floor was not washed well. Nevertheless, I am extremely satisfied with this apartment and will use it again. The large balcony overlooking the forest is amazing.

We stay 2nd time on our way in Graz. Facility is well located, clean and offers well maintaned rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine with capsules available. Very friendly & responsive manager. In nearest surroundings some places to eat and within 400m Mcdonalds available.

The corridors in the facility require a little more attention to cleanliness.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is equipped with everything you need for short or longer stay. It is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Although it is located outside of the city centre there are supermarkets and cafes near by (walking distance) so you can have a good breakfast or simply buy some food and prepare your self a meal. Also, if you have a car there is a free parking space near the building. The instructions how to enter the building a very clear.

We didn’t miss anything in the apartment – everything was clean and the space in the leaving room and kitchenette was very well organised.

We really enjoyed spending a night at PM. The apartment was excellent, spacious, modern, equipped with everything you need and close to the highway. The furniture and kitchen equipment are new, and the interior decorations are done with great taste and elegance. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony is spacious and has a laptop socket. We communicated very well with the owners, who provided us with all the details of access to the apartment. There are parking lots around the building, with the condition to put in the car, in plain view, a paper pin (we found it on the table in the apartment). We were sorry we stayed only one night. We highly recommend this location.

Beautiful, totally new apartment with a parking right at the spot. We enjoyed every minute there. Open space with big balcony, comfortable bed, armchairs, TV and lovely kitchen with all the necesarry equipment, including even two coffee machines, dishwasher... you can also use washing machine and dryer in the building. Separate shower and toilet both with a lot od space. We surrely are returning soon 🥰

There is nothing that you would not like...it is perfect.

It was exceptional in terms of self check-in convenience, parking availability, cleanliness, and the terrace.

Unfortunately, the shampoo dispenser in the shower and the soap holder by the sink were empty. I would also recommend providing more comfortable pillows.

This was a wonderful apartment for a weekend stay. It is very spacious and comfortable and clean. There is a supermarket just across the street and enough of parking space. If you come with a car, this is the perfect stay. We really did not expect this for the money. Good job!
