The hotel staff were exceptional, and we appreciated the efficient check-in process—they even had everything ready for us before the official check-in time. We arrived early, and they kindly took care of our little child and provided an extra bed. The rooms were excellent, featuring clean and comfortable beds, basic toiletries, and delicious breakfasts. This hotel is ideal for short family stays. However, do bring mosquito repellent, as I ended up with some bites that led to an allergic reaction.

As mentioned, I experienced issues with mosquitoes bothering me during my stay. The rooms were situated outside the main building, resembling boarding accommodations in a separate section of the facility, which likely contributed to the mosquito presence, or possibly other biting insects. Additionally, there was a problem with slow internet connectivity. My husband struggled to stay connected during his online meetings, as the internet speed was only adequate outside the rooms or in the main building.

It's the second time we have stayed here and both times have been great. Staff were excellent, when we forgot our passports in the safe, the staff quickly forwarded them on to our next hotel and even called us a day later to check we got them OK. Breakfast is good and hotel has lots of nice art pieces.

Room was very warm and air con didn't work, unable to leave a window open as it was a ground floor room so often woke up far too warm. Mattress wasn't the comfiest, felt like it needed replacing as it dipped in the middle.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent for choice, variety and fresh quality. Definitely recommend. The room was very well decorated and clean. bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel is beautifully thought out with art everywhere. Pool and sauna excellent. Location perfect for me. Walking nearby and very easy access to bus stops. Loved hearing the birds chirping in the morning. Quiet hotel too.

We were accomodated in the so called Boarding house, it is at the backside of the hotel building, room size was very good, 2 rooms in one apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, so it was above our expectation. Breakfast was very nice, compare to the size of the hotel I think the selection is quite wide. Parking is very easy, there were always empty slots in the free parking area. Wellness area with gym, saunas was also very good.

We chose the hotel because of the swimming pool for the kids, first evening the pool temperature was good, but on the 2nd and 3rd day it was really cold (at least for us), it seems that heating is not stable and standard.

This is our first stay in Hotel Graz Sud, but it surely won't be the last! What an amazing and peaceful place to spend one or more nights! Great bed and shower, extraordinary breakfast, good sauna and wellness, and a very friendly staff. Plenty of parking places in front. So glad we got to stay here and very appreciative of how this hotel has been managed. We will be back for sure very soon!

Staff were exceptional! We had very long days away at the Formula 1, and the staff checked our bags into the room, organized our key, arranged for me to use their washing machine. Breakfast included was sensational! Free Wi-Fi was very good and stable- no dropouts. Lots of PowerPoints in the room.

The bathroom shower brought me to tears. After a long 15hr day, all I needed was a good shower and a comfortable bed. The shower was awful, the overhead part sprayed water sideways, the hand held shower was broken and couldn’t be used. The size of the shower was so small my teenage son couldn’t wash himself without both elbows biting the sides of a cubicle. It was a disaster. The maintenance man corrected what he could the next day. Thankful for that.

We really enjoyed this hotel. At first it might seem a bit dull from the photos, but it really is not. Staff was friendly and rooms were spacious and super clean. We travelled two adults with three kids and got two rooms side by side, with an open door between the two rooms which worked super good. The wellness area is not the biggest, but it's still nice, clean and well thought out. Our kids loved the pool after a long day of driving. We only stayed there one night. Ordered pizza from a nearby pizza joint and had amazing ice cream from a local ice cream shop literally just right next to the hotel property. We would clearly recommend others to book this hotel and we would love to come back another time. Oh and breakfast was also great :-) And you can park just outside on the hotel property. And there is a large public open air pool just 100 meters from the backyard of the hotel.

The location is not the most exciting, but that's a hard one to fix. But we don't really have any negatives.

Great place to stay, even it is not centrally located we took the bus to the center of Graz - the bus station just across the street and tickets can be bought at the reception - room spacious and comfortable, good breakfast and very nice and helpful staff. We had a free parking seat for our car outside- underground can be accessed for a daily fee. It was a very good choice for us and we will come back!

Perfekt location for visiting Graz. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly. Room was clean and quiet and had all the amenities one requires. Breakfast buffet was regularly checked by staff and maintained filled and inviting. Sufficient car parking space. Location near public transport which lead direct to the city of Graz - Ticket for transport available at Trafik near Bus station. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is crowded, but it was OK, after the waitress tell us there is a family part of the area. Quick staff but if I can say, they don’t smile but it is not the bad part. They just do their job
