I would start with the highlight - the superb breakfast. Amazing! The place is nice, comfortable, super clean, not bad located versus city center.

The un-maned manner of dealing with the property. I understand the concept of online checkins, automation etc....but hotel industry is about hospitality and human interactions. I need it help with parking, and it was so annoying to be forced to interact with remote personnel through a chat instead of actually having a conversation that could have really helped me. I'm not downgrading this property based on this experience, it is clear not for me, however I would rather hire somebody that deals with the customers than spend my money on technology.

We booked one of the rooms with a king size bed. The room was quite large and we had lots of space for our luggage etc. The bathroom is quite large as well. The garden view is very nice.

The contactless check-in is okay, we were 20 minutes early before check-in time and the system would not let you check-in one minute early. We also reserved a parking space in the underground parking that is right next door. The space is tight and depending what car you drive and what car is already parked there it can get super tight.

It s great location, self check in is very easy and smooth, entrance to building and rooms are card controlled, rooms are well designed, everything is very clean, beds and linen are super comfortable.

Heating was working non stop, even though we lowered temperature at the panel, so it was 28-29 degrees, we realized 3rd day that wall panels have thermostats at the bottom, which must be lowered manualy. Also, as we got late check in approved, our cards stopped working at 10.30am so we had to ask maintenance ladies to open our room to take stuff.

there is a self check in computer near the entrance, i didn't understand how to print card key and called help-desk - they answered immediately and helped. we ordered parking place (20 meters from Hotel) and everything was clear and worked good. the room was good , clean and plesant. refrigerator is small. for the family it was great to stay one night (not for long familly stay because of small cooking facilities)

there 2 bathrooms and separated WC. i didn't like shower water saving system - you press the bottom and water flows for 20 sec, so you have to press again every time, but - you have 4 shower spots at the place (:)

The hotel has a perfect location just 5-10 minutes walking distance from the city center. The room is spacious enough with a kitchenette area, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and all other kitchen staff what you need. Despite the contactless check-in, the hotel staff and customer service is brilliant they always available and responsing pretty quickly within 10-15 minutes. We booked a parking slot for our stay and however there was a system error so we could not park there for the first night they suggested a nearby garage which was just 10 min by walk from the hotel. The hotel's garage is also good, it is underground and closed so your car will be in safe hands.

Shower can be separated more with e.g. a slide door from the rest of the bathroom to avoid water splits all around the bathroom, but it's fine as the bathroom is also spacious enough.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Graz. The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s located close to the city center, which made it easy to explore the main sights on foot. The check-in process was smooth thanks to the detailed instructions provided by the host, which made everything simple and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Graz!

Everything was great

The apartment was very well maintained and sufficient for a small family. The breakfast was amazing and the menu rightly selected. The location was good and was accessible with public transport also.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was an issue. Even after accepting terms & conditions, the Wi-Fi used to disconnect in between. The strength of signal was too low.

The best thing is the view to the backyard, although it would be better if there were two chairs on the balcony. The location is great.

The only major issue was the strong sewer smell from the bathroom, even with the door closed. The smell made it hard for me to sleep. In the morning, I woke up early to a strong smell of coffee (I like coffee) despite the closed doors and windows, which were quite strange. The lack of a fridge is a problem.

Location is great and we especially liked our garden facing room.

Cafe ran out of food when we wanted to have a breakfast. Room door did not close (lock) by itself so make you take extra care otherwise anyone can get in simply by pushing the door. The balcony door also stuck and needs to be forcefully pressed outside to lock. A door on the shower would be nice.

Breakfast in the attached cafe was delicious. There were 4 shower heads in two separate bathrooms, which was amazing for getting our family through the showers quickly. The room was large and spacious enough to have games going on.

The thermostat was locked so we couldn't turn down the heat. It would have been helpful to receive the garage and checkin information all at the same time, I felt that the information was scattered due to the delay of receiving it through the Booking.com website.
