Great hotel location. It's within walking distance from the train station (about 20mins); it's in the middle of a pedestrian area with many shops, bars and "simple" restaurants; and it's within 15mins of the Old Town with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. Wonderful welcoming and friendly staff. My room was very large with a very comfortable and large bed, nice bathroom with separate toilet (great set-up!), very quiet due to great windows. Breakfast was plentiful in assortment (savory and sweet) and quantity, with a great coffee machine making fabulous coffees!

The hotel is under renovation; most of the time, it was not a problem as the work was during the day, but on my last morning, the jack-hammering started at 7:30a... Talk about "a wake-up call!" Oh well, this renovation will end at some point, and the hotel will be 100% good again!

The lady at the reception was very nice. The location suits us perfectly. We stayed there before. Although there were some construction works going on, it was quiet. But we would prefer if we would be informed about the construction works and no parking in front of the hotel prior to booking. The room itself was clean, we liked the sign on the wall. It is a nice touch. Air condition worked perfectly. Beds are comfortable, showers are very spatious. There is also a back entrance to the bulding, we used it when going out. They prepare for self check in, I would miss the interaction in person.

In the breakfast room the coffee maschine was broken. Ok, we understand, it happens. But the milk was served in a glass jar and it cooled down, the coffee as well. Also they do not refill food. What is served, there is, and when it is finished, they do not refill it. For example, some sort kurbiskernen spread, cheese, salami, baked bacon.

Nice hotel and spacious, clean rooms. Good location with short walk to center and some nice restaurants near by. Morning staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Bed is a bit too firm for my taste and pillows not very comfortable. Air conditioner made odd popping noises a few times overnight. Last day Sunday there was only staff until 15:00 which means leaving luggage beyond then was not possible. In my case that was ok but had I planned to stay longer this would have been an issue. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular.

Everything looks new and the hotel is in a very good location. Lots of restaurants, pubs, caffees just a few minutes away. Less than 10 minutes walking to the Old Town. Breakfast is ok, but probably repetitive after a few days. Coffee is very good. We managed to find a place in the hotel parking across the street, which was great, for 10eur/day.

The beds weren't that comfortable, with a hard mattress and a small and soft pillow. Cleaning could be improved, our white socks turned grey after walking through the room :(

The room I had was much larger than I expected. The hotel is fully renovated, and the lighting mechanism are spectacular, both in the room and the very wide super well illuminated hallways. Other hotels should follow suit. Huge bathroom (toilet area separate from the shower and sink, beware, if that is something that bothers you); the shower is cavernous, fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, everything from salmon to cereal, breads, pastries, you name it. Staff was very attentive and helpful with directions, how to get to a bus station with several options, etc. Visit Graz, stay here, you will be pleasantly surprised. Can't wait to go back!

I noticed - unless there is another entrance I did not use - that to get to the elevators, one needs to go through the lobby and breakfast area, jumping over a few steps, therefore for those with large suitcases or low mobility (cane, walker, wheel chair), I am not sure how they would get it, but I hope there is another way. Other than that, this hotel exceeded expectations.

Great location by Lendzplatz which itself is a lovely square with restaurants and food stalls. It is two blocks from the friendly alien and the walking bridge into the main plaza Hautplaz and the stairs up to that big clock. So wonderfully located for exploring on foot. I got the apartment option, which had a basic kitchen and a good amount of space. The bed is super comfortable. (Pillows are very soft. So if you like firm pillow you should check to see if they are available). The bathroom had a great rain shower and a wonderful tub, which inspired me to get some bath salts at the local DM (some austrian beauty bath type shop). The price was surprisingly good for what I got. The check in closes at 10pm or thereabouts but they gave me a code to access a box with my key. Super simple, but if you may be delayed (as I was) you should let them know so you get that code. I did not get the breakfast option because there are many nearly by restaurants K&O rooftop for breakfast 8 minutes walk is amazing as is the coffee shop at the friendly alien or just in front of the hotel there is a lovely coffee shop. There was a nespresso machine in my room, which is great because I need a coffee to go out and get my coffee!

We found this accommodation really great. The receptionists were very friendly and efficient, including loaning us a kettle for the room. Location is excellent, being just a short walk from the old town. Our double room had a modern look and was very clean and well appointed. The room had a big TV and was air conditioned. Toiletries were provided. Their checkout time was 11.30am, which was also an added bonus. Buffet breakfast was substantial. Also, we happened to be there on my wife’s birthdays and the following morning we discovered a small bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate hanging on the door handle. An all round pleasant experience.

This is not so much a criticism as just a comment. We were travelling by vehicle. The hotel provided a small car park directly across the road for a cost of €7 which is not too bad for a large city. The car park is quite small which makes parking a bit tight but we managed okay.

This is the most charming hotel. We felt like home. It is close to literally everything and there are a couple of great restaurants and cute shops around. The parking is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is always smiling and nice. I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We fell in love with Graz and when we come back,we’ll stay in this hotel. Thank you for everything.

Everything was great

Perfect location, great personnel, tasty breakfast. No dedicated hotel parking, but this issue was solved instantly by providing ticket to the nearest public garage.

Some may be surprised by the interesting interior decision (shower cabin and sink right in front of a bed) with no door between bathroom and bedroom zones. Not a problem for an individual traveller, but might be an inconvenience for some cases.

The hotel is situated in the very downtown, which is simply marvellous. We left our car on the parking lot in front of the hotel. Every goal of our two days escapade in Graz had been within walking distance, including funicular railway station beneath the Schlossberg. The rooms are clean, designed with taste, spacious enough. Setting of air-conditioning allowed us to feel very pleasant.

Breakfast may have been richer or more variable. It was satiated enough though.
