The place is very nice and comfortable. It is not close to the city center but we were with a car and this was our reason to use it because not far away is a free zone for parking. The communication with host was ok.

We would appreciate more coffee capsules, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets because for a stay of 5 days the available in the flat were no enough. Detailed instructions for waste room would be necessary, we couldn't access it even after sent information of the host...But everything was ok, we strongly recommend the property!

Lovely and spacious apartment – it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Free street parking is available on weekends, not sure how much money you’d need to spend during the week tho. The location worked well for us – we already knew our way around Graz, so we didn’t mind not being right in the center. That said, the city center is still easily reachable by tram.

Check-out could be a bit later, especially considering that check-in is on the later side. It would be great if there were a secured parking spot, so guests wouldn’t have to rely on luck to find street parking. The ventilation didn’t work, but it didn’t really bother us during our stay.

Nice and modern apartment, fully automatized from booking till arrival getting the code for the door.

The registration is somewhat tedious, it requires giving lots of details for each guests and uploading passport picture than again in the apartment there is a note requesting to fill out a form for local tax (which was not there and at the end it turned out no need to fill it out). Local tax 2.50 EUR per person per day has to be laid on the table by leaving - think about having coins or small bank notes. The temperature inside the apartment was too high and the temperature regulator did not seem to work - at least it was not lowering the temperature inside, so we had to sleep leaving the windows open

Immaculate. Very safe. Keypad entry worked well. Brilliant communication from the owners and directions were perfect to get in. Washing machine and dryer (plus free laundry detergent incase you forget yours) was brilliant in the middle of our holiday. Bathroom was enormous and beds were comfy. Little balcony/terrace was great to sit on when kids were asleep. Kitchen was well stocked and lovely nespresso machine with pods. The lack of air con was a concern but it didn’t end up being a problem as the fan provided was very good and we kept the long curtains closed when we were out in the day to keep out the heat. TV had Netflix which we watched The Sound of Music on!

We liked location of the apartment. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that it is close to Eggenberg castle and garden. In 5 minutes walking distance, there is a supermarket and tram stop. You can go to city centre in less than 15 minutes of travel. Property was neat, clean and cozy. Kitchen were equipped with everything from Hob burners to microwave to refrigerator along with utensils. Toilet were big and with adequate towels for our stay. Check in is easy and property location is easy to find.

Well, the pillows were too soft for our likings.

Parking is not free as advertised. In front of the building there are public parking spaces. As they're set in the "green zone", hourly rate is 1.6€ and parking is free at night from 20:00 to 9:00. A few streets away you can park for free.

I would highly recommend APSTAY!! We had a very comfortable stay. APSTAY has one bedroom, living room with modular kitchen and balcony. It also has a big bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. There is no staff in the apartment and I don’t feel it is necessary with the arrangement they have.They are available online and responds quickly. Appreciate Anastasia Paungarttner for quickly responding to my queries and also arranging for an alternate wifi when we had an issue with the one we had in our room.

It would have been good if there was a washing machine in the room itself. There is a washing machine at the basement. Dryer is not available.

We were upgraded and got a 2 storey apartment on the top floor with 2 roof terraces. Apartment is really well equipped and has pretty much everything one needs for a comfortable stay. It was also very clean. Apartment is located in a quiet area, which is not very far from the center, close to the Eggenberg castle and park. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by tram. The tram stop is in 2 min walk from the building. Billa plus supermarket is just 5 min away. A big playground for children is also very close. On Saturdays there is a local market just in front of the building. There is no free parking next to the place. But one can park for free not far from the building. Once apartment is booked, a detailed instructions about how to find a free parking will be sent.

In the bathroom, there was a constant annoying noise produced either by a boiler, or by a heating system. Not a big problem during the day, but may be disturbing at night. Just one bedroom had a wardrobe. Another one had a dresser, which was packed by additional pillows and blankets. Thus we had no space to put our stuff there.

Stayed in Graz with family, as my daughter was competing in Austrian swimming competition. The apartment is 2 mins walk from the swimming pool. Apartment is excellent, on 2 levels with a beautiful balcony. Access codes were provided and check in was seamless. Staff were very helpful. Apartment is close to a large supermarket and there is a tram station near by for traveling in to Graz Old Town ( 10 mins by tram). Would use it again and would recommend it.

Make a large cart with the Wi-Fi access code, and leave it next to the TV. it took me a while to figure out the code.

It was a very a very good comfortable apartment set in a very quiet area within walking distance to the trams and bus leading to the town centre as well.as shops within the area. The apartment was well laid out and very spaceful and in new condition. The family we were visiting in Graz also spoke very highly of the apartments which was a positive point indeed. I would definitely recommend the apartment 💯% and would surely stay again with Apstay Apartments

Apart from the heating for the bedroom not coming on, as we tried a couple of days on the thermostat to see whether it came on but it didn't, the rest of the apartment was warm. And by the time we came back each evening to the apartment we were just tired and used the rest of the heat from the apartment to flow into the bedroom and covered up with extra duvet it was OK ish. If this little issue could be looked into by the apartment's facilities maintenance then that will be fabulous as the rest of the apartment is really good
