Pool, breakfast, rooms were all great! location is awesome. Places to eat, Walmart and other stores are literally within a 5-10 min walk. Staff was great as well and the beds are so comfortable I already miss them lol

The power was out for awhile twice but it was due to a very bad storm out of their control. We were right next to the kitchen also so you can hear banging and clanging early while the set out breakfast early in the morning. it truly didn’t bother us but keep that in mind if your a person it would.

Clean, neat, quiet, good location. I did not eat the breakfast. Air conditioning worked well. Was traveling for the Ragbrai ride with my nephew and he slept on the pull out sofa bed and he said it was comfortable.

Note a big complaint, but the air conditioning unit kept cycling on and off all night. Would have preferred a steady fan noise. But likely my fault for not setting it properly.

The front desk and breakfast employees were excellent! Very accommodating as far as finding an extra seat as the breakfast area was full! Same gal brought our towels to the pool area within 5 minutes. Pool was warm. Room was very clean!

Location was great close to a number of things a person could need or want

Breakfast got off to a slow/rough start no juices were ever filled up in the dispenser but the attendant got things going as quickly as he could while doing desk duties as well

The continental breakfast was nice. Great selection of food to pick from. The room was clean and shower was nice. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice.

Clean, modern, good size fridge with separate freezer.

A little tricky to find in the dark as the road up the hill was not well marked after the initial turn off.

I liked everything about it. The front desk clerk was super friendly and informative about the area. He turned us on to a great Italian restaurant close by. The breakfast was excellent. We look forward to returning to Mount pleasant in the future and staying here.

The parking lot pavement could use some improvement. That's all.

Room we got was really big n roomy. Just the right size.

When we got to our room you could smell someone had been smoking weed and it reaked real bad but after awhile the smell was gone. Having my 2 small grandkids wasn't something they needed to smell.

It was very clean. I thought the mattress was a little hard but I have bad hips. Breakfast warm and tasty, and the coffee was good. Quiet, but we were one of , I think 3 people staying.

It was clean and the room had recently been updated. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. There are some good restaurants in Mt. Pleasant too!

Toilets are too low.
