When I went to my hotel room to check it out the tv wasn’t plugged in and the cable wasn’t connected so I tired the cable cord and couldn’t get it in the window there was some blunt and ashes and before I left to go and check out city I let Peggy know and she said I’ll take care of it and if I can’t I ll put you in another room and we came back to our room and she had checked and cleaned out the window and had to tv working thanks for all your hard work Peggy can’t wait to come and see ya again.

Everything was just right nice staff clean building wouldn’t change anything. I would let people know if they go there to check out super 8 they won’t do you wrong and will help when you need it Peggy helped us in a good way.

Great central location next to a major attraction. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean. Great mattresses and very soft sheets. The facilities were very unassuming but perfectly adequate. Basic but suffice breakfast.

There's were not any water cups in the room.

We left before breakfast was available. I appreciated that they allowed us to register early and get a key. We were working from 10 to 7 with the charter for RAGBRAI. The room was clean and gave us what we needed, a place to sleep and shower.

No complaints

Reasonably close to work.

Noisy at night - others banging doors & running up & down stairs late at night into early morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick to help me with figuring out the TV. Good breakfast

There was a shortage of staff and the bed sheets had hair on them but the front desk lady immediately changed them and apologized.

Breakfast could had been better. Needed more options but for the price it was good.

On the back of the bathroom door there seem to be what look like urine splattered around the door handle that had not been cleaned up for weeks

It's just quiet and you dont heat outside the room

..Breakfast could be better instead of just Danish and cinnamon rolls and coffee I mean for what we pay for a room you should have a decent breakfast instead of something stopped together. I mean like a waffle maker or eggs n sausage or something like that cold cereal ....I mean something that's worth coming back for ....
