Staff very pleasant. Facility was clean and cozy feel. Liked the fireplace going, football game on and even the Christmas tree in the corner. Like the mini Dove bar of soap. Hotels skimp on those things these days. Quiet room. Bed was comfortable enough. Lots of pillow options per bed. Pleasant stay. Good breakfast items including eggs, sausage, and waffle machine. Parking lot well lit and safe. Pool was inviting for exercise after long day of work. Hot tub seems closed for the season. Hope they can open it soon.

I enjoyed the breakfast, I think it could use a little improvement on the overall rotation of the variety of items you can put out for your guest. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, and the placement of the items within.

You can add some more coffee items instead of just a couple of packets. The noise wasn't that bad out in the hallways, but could do a little better on keeping the noise down at night with the sounds of people running back and forth down the upstairs hallways during the evening.

A little hard to find An arrow n name sign at the exit the off the freeway west bound would be great I grew up in Burlington but couldn’t remember seeing the hotel Other than that. I was pleasantly surprised. Have stayed at competitors in recent year’s but felt after after arriving, it was a much better value

The Manager did a masterful job with an out-of-bounds "Karen" who was mad because she could not take her dog into the eating area. She hollowered and loudly complained for about 10 minutes but the Manager kept his cool.

The staff are great and the suites feel homey, I stay here a lot as I travel to Burlington from KCMO for work and it’s so nice I love it so much

My only complaint is the hot tub not working right now

This rated with any Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Staff was helpful from check in to checkout.

I wish the location was a little better

Saturday evening the lobby, the entryway, and hallway had a strong odor of Marijuana. It then drifted into our room. It was very strong unpleasant odor.
