The property was in a convenient location, close to restaurants and freeways. Staff was friendly, rooms and overall hotel were clean, breakfast included in the stay was a nice way to start the day. Lots of parking was also a plus.

During our stay the guests around our room were pretty loud, even past 10pm, smell of weed while walking by a room one day, elevator was very slow, lots of pillows but not comfortable (too squishy, no support), breakfast didn't have any non-dairy creamer or non dairy milk options. We put up our Do Not Disturb sign every day but when we came out of our room one morning it was gone, not on the floor nothing. I had to go down to the front desk to get another so the staff knew not to go in.

Looks to me like the cleaning staff are doing excellent work. The room, the bed, everything seemed to suggest cleanliness. Great job, cleaners!

While the cleaners are doing well, it looks like the maintenance people may not be keeping up. Around the jetted tub, there were broken tiles. The spigot was loose, suggesting someone had grabbed it to pull themselves out of the tub (there is no safety bar anywhere). The carpet in the hallway looked worn. By the back door - where people hung out to smoke - there was a shabby, smashed-in trash can. Too bad. It's the best place to stay in Burlington, but it won't be that way for long if the maintenance issues stack up further.

I am a repeat customer. The location is close to places where I needed to be: work, restaurants, etc. The hotel is clean, room is spacious, quiet surroundings, and warm breakfast with a decent selection of food. I especially like the omelette. They put me on 3rd floor and the view outside was beautiful with a small pond and benches where one can just sit and enjoy the greeneries.

Free wi-fi was unstable at times.

We had a good sized room with a separate sitting area. Very clean and everything we needed was there. Hotel was in nice location

Breakfast was a bit manic with a lot of kids running around. Not much choice and kept running out of things. But not really the hotels fault and it was a weekend we stayed!

Breakfast was adequate. My King room was spacious.

One of the TV's only got ESPN. The other one worked ok but programming was slow. My bedside light had cobwebs in the globe. There was only one application of shampoo, one squeeze. No one refilled it.

Everything.

We were charged for two nights when we had previously canceled our Friday night stay. They are supposed to be refunding the additional stay but the card they are refunding it to was hacked and no longer working. I need to give them my new card information or figure out how they want to do the refund.

Breakfast was good as well as the location for our purpose.

There was an annoying water drip on our window sill from a air conditioner on the upper floors. We remedied the situation by placing a cup on the sill to deaden the sound. Also, it would have been nice to have a filtered water station.

We loved the location and included breakfast. The pool area was surprisingly large with plenty of room for the kids to play.

There could have been more lighting in the sleeping room, but the lights in the bathroom were quite bright.

I think there must have been a kids sporting event or something because there was a lot of kids that wasn't the issue had a room on first floor could hear the kids running or jumping maybe both through out the night

Location was great. Close to everything but not in the middle of everything. The room was very clean & I'm critical when it comes to cleanliness. The king suite was very roomy. Check in & check out was quick

My only complaint was the bed. I woke up with my back hurting but I haven't found a mattress as good as mine at home.
