Friendly and welcoming staff and very clean. Comfy beds! Very nice breakfast! Extra touches such as the kitchen lady making us lattes and encouraging us to take food along to have as a snack on our trip. Extra nice little touches such as coloring sheets and crayons available and little basket of available tampons, etc in the restroom, icy cold water with orange slices available at front entrance counter and cookies. Did have an issue with the billing but the receptionist easily took care of it when we were checking out.

The staff was very friendly. I appreciated being able to grab a complimentary bottle of water at night when we came in. Breakfast having variety each day was a positive. Good amount of parking for the hotel size. Most of all it was very clean and that is my top priority at a hotel and I scrutinize my space immediately when I check in.

The walls are paper thin. I did not appreciate hearing the conversations or activities of our neighbors especially as the bathrooms are side by side. The set up of the breakfast serving area can get a bit congested. I did not personally like running into dogs at times, especially when they seemed barely restrained by their owners. I was extremely frustrated with the digital key system that did not work the entire time we were there but I don't believe that has anything to do with the hotel location. Get rid of digital key if you can not make it work properly is my opinion for Hampton Inn.

The reception was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with varied choices. Lots of parking and good location. My daughter needed a tylenol and they readily provided it. I would seriously consider staying here again.

Noise from the hallway was audible but likely could happen in any hotel.

The staff at this location is some of the friendliest and most accommodating hotel employees I’ve ever encountered. I travel frequently, and have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s always so comfortable and inviting.

The room shower showed a little buildup but was not a major issue.

It was a very clean, well taken care of facility. The staff was very friendly and they very knowledgeable about any questions that I had. They were able to change my reservation when I got there with no extra charge.

We weren't able to use the pool because of some testing that they were doing.

The room had been updated and now had a walk in shower rather than the bathtub / shower combo. This was so much nicer. Never really used a bathtub in a hotel anyway. The hot water was the perfect temp. The staff was very warm and friendly.

The desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying.

The only complaint is we checked out early and it took a long time. We had an 8 hour drive ahead of us and wanted to get on the road. The desk clerk said the first checkout of the day always takes the longest. Maybe something needs to be reworked so that isn’t an issue.

Property was conveniently located near relatives.

The elevator broke down and was slightly inconveniencing, other than that it was perfect.

Don’t like the bathroom sinks. The faucet is oddly situated in the sink and is long, it blocks the whole basin. Can not wash easily use it to wash/splash your face.
