I've stayed here before on trips from Minnesota to Tennessee. It's always clean, comfortable and the staff is kind and accommodating. They have a wide variety of options available for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy plus pastries, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit was all beyond my expectations! The "kitchen" is always open which is really nice because we travel with our own lunch/dinner food. Having the option of plates, silverware, condiments and a toaster is an added bonus to an already great stay! Thank you to the hotel manager and staff for providing a welcoming, clean, comfortable, safe stay for ladies traveling alone!

The rooms/beds were very clean and comfortable! Nice layout as well with the additional counter/vanity light/mirror outside of the bathroom. Friendly staff made us feel very welcome. The pool was really great, although the pool room was 100 degrees - so may need some ventilation improvements, as it was only comfortable inside of the pool. Overall a great value and very comfortable stay! Convenient location and good breakfast. Walkable to a park and grocery store. EV car charging right across the street!

Pool area needs some ventilation improvements, as it was only comfortable inside of the pool (the room was 100 degrees). The elevator was out of order for part of our stay which made checking out a little less convenient.

Very clean hotel Staff friendly Breakfast excellent Location great for our requirements and easy to get to Quincy and beyond Shops and restaurants close by - bar 134 and the Mexican in canton are a must try! Swimming pool and hot tub Issues with room capacity but staff sorted it with additional charges

It would be really lovely to have some kind of comfortable outside seating area for relaxation/ sunbathing as felt a bit stuck in doors when at the hotel and when there is nice weather outside as pool area is inside and very hot

Bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Recommended places to eat that were close. Purchased a railing for the toilet because their handicapped room wasn't available. Ample seating for breakfast 5:00 - 10:00. Even put a shower chair in the swimming pool bathroom for us. Had a washer dryer for guest use.

Business center waa a closet with a computer, monitor, printer. Not really a work space, most appropriate for checking email, finding directions, a simple computer setup. Unsecured, no password wifi. Couldn't bring in a laptop, space too small.

Front desk staff were VERY nice and helpful, especially the 3rd shift front desk receptionist. I got in late and she asked me if I had dinner. When I told her no, she gave me some options. She told me that once I got settled in, if I changed my mind to call the front desk because she had yogurt and cereal etc if I needed a snack. I appreciated it! The room was also very clean!

Elevator stopped working some of the time but the front desk was able to get it going again

Tina was an excellent manager. I witnessed her dealing with an employee emergency. She showed compassion. I was a needy guest and she went above and beyond for me. I cannot say enough good things about her.

I loved the clean atmosphere. The staffing was marvelous. Mrs. Tina was so helpful and willing to make our stay as smooth as possible. The hotel was very convenient.
