It was quiet, pretty clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! All of the luggage carts were being used and staff offered to help us carry our luggage to the room. night staff apologized for no carts being available. When we went to check out the morning staff apologized also for no luggage carts being available. Apparently other occupants had the carts in their rooms and did not return them to the main level. It was also much appreciated that the refrigerator/freezer was working when we arrived as we had ice packs to keep frozen. We did not partake in breakfast, other than to milk/juice, but they did have a nice selection.

The toilet paper holders did not latch, so rolls fell off of them, this is easy enough to fix and front desk was notified at checkout. I prefer to have a soap dispenser at the bathroom sink instead of on the shower wall for just washing hands, but it is doable. The phone was not plugged in when we arrived, but we were able to get that resolved on our own. No major issues and all easily resolved.

The breakfast was great. Kids loved the pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Rooms are nice, and the bed is comfortable. Hot water works, hottest water I've ever had anywhere. The housekeeping lady was kind and helpful as we needed clean towels and our trash taken. We stayed two nights here. Front desk ladies were nice and helpful. Pool was great!

The seating area for breakfast is small 8 people max. Pool is not heated but not freezing cold either.

location convenient for visiting family; everyone very helpful & courteous

lacking many regular breafast items--one simple item being no spoons so couldn't have oatmeal or cereal; room on street side so noisy

Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and nice.

Bummed the pool was closed for renovation while we were there but overall our stay was good.

Staff was friendly, lobby looked nice and the breakfast was nice.

Bathtub was not clean, linen was dingy and didn't look clean.

The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The location is great, it is close to stores and restaurants. I visit family in Quincy and the AmericInn was a better than other hotels nearby.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier. The pillows are not the type that I like but it was comfortable.

The breakfast was good and one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The location is close to everything Quincy has to offer!!

A bit noisy at times but not during sleeping time.

Possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Decor was exceptional from the tile floor in the lobby to the plush carpet everywhere else. Loved the color too!

Air conditioning did not seem to tegulate the temperature well. I had to push the thermostat down to 64 just to feel comfortable.

For the price of the room this was very worth the accommodations and cleanliness of the room and other areas of the hotel. Above and beyond what I expected.

Staff was super. Rooms were clean. Nice refrigerator. Good value. Good TV selection.

No hair dryer in the room. No ice because the city had a water main break which was not their fault.
