Cute hotel, lots of potential. The bed was very very nice. Sheets, pillows, bed, and towels were much better than other hotels. Coffee was on tap, big plus. The room was exceptionally well cleaned.

I paid full price but didn't have access to the full facilities and amenities. Conference rooms were locked, pool was empty, I booked an old room but the hotel let me know I paid a higher rate so they upgraded me to a newer room. It was a confusing check in. I think the desk lady thought she was helping me obtain value but she made me look like an idiot in front of my lady when in fact it was the poor advertising that led me to choose what I thought was a good room. Breakfast was advertised hot but was packaged take and go.

The staff is always friendly & interactive. The location is off the beaten path, but close to downtown & near the river. Renovations are in progress, so be reasonable with your expectations. This facility is our "go to hotel" when we visit Quincy. This time we stayed in one of the newer rooms and the upgrades are nice. We'll be back in 2 months.

We were on vacation to visit our relatives in Illinois. The lobby is very roomy and plenty of sitting areas for when our relatives visited us. The swimming pool was perfect for our grandkids and the friendly front desk accommodated our request to be closed to the pool area for easy access. Friendly staff, lobby has cold drinking water, all day coffee area and free breakfast was a plus and very much appreciated.

Everything was amazing. Very convenient to have a restaurant and bar in the premises, especially hosting a larger family. Very unique place! The front desk clerk that checked us in, I believe her name was Chanel, was an absolute delight!

The breakfast selection could have been better, but it was a typical breakfast; scrambled eggs (not real), biscuits, gravy (canned), sausage Pattie’s, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. Did not like the price of $8.99 for added family members that did not stay with us at the location. We just did not find that worth the price.

It was all good and obviously renovations are in progress. The spacious lobby provided multiple conversation areas that was much appreciated due to meeting friends at the hotel. The lady taking care of the plants was a delight and the lady providing room maintenance was always cheerful. Breakfast was OK, however, fruit and a waffle make would have been better.

The orange Juice dispenser was out of order.

I think with it being nice as it was they should have had a continental breakfast not just bagels , but was appreciative of the breakfast offered

I think room service should at least knock check with guest every morning to see if anything is needed or if room need to be clean, instead of asking the front desk to have them do your room upon guest request

It was close enough to walk to the wedding venue. I thought the hotel and staff did a great job of keeping things clean and neat since they were in the middle of a remodel. The exercise room was in midst of being remodeled, so it wasn’t available, but they had a pass to the hotel across the street so that we could use their exercise room.

Location and center atrium area and bar are fantastic. Breakfast is self-serve but was decent and just what I needed. Room and bed were great.

There was some construction going on but it didn't bother me. Had to go to the second floor for ice. Wish it had a hot tub by the pool area.

Beautiful onenof a kind place. The staff was super! They went above and beyond. We had a hard time getting all our work equipment loaded out and missed breakfast by a couple minutes. They made sure we had a few things to munch on, on our way out. Found us a cart to help with our luggage which was excessive with work equipment. We were greatful!
