Great breakfast. We stayed several nights and the main entree was changed daily. Waffles available every day. Everything was well stocked and nothing was ever empty.

We needed a roll away bed and it was terrible. There was a ten dollar fee charged for a fabric covered metal spring mattress. The rails supporting the metal mattress poked through to my grandson's back. Please replace these. They are not expensive. Keep grandchildren happy when visiting grandparents. We need good roll away beds!

Was not able to get the Culver-Stockton reunion weekend reduced room rate because I booked via Booking. Front desk person said because of that they could not do any discounts. It was a big difference in price. Not happy. Also, hallway carpet on 3rd floor looks terrible. Breakfast was the usual stuff offered. Beds were comfy. We left the bathroom fan on all night to drown out any hallway noise. Room door didn’t fit real great so between hallway lighting shining through and people returning late to rooms the fan noise helped.

Accessibility in and out of the hotel. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. It was a quiet hotel which I liked very much. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good.

Only that the coffee was closer to the dining facility.

Sunday morning breakfast. Staff looked like she just got out of bed. She disappeared and didn’t refill hot items. Other staff f stepped up to get the breakfast running again. Limited hot item selection. I stay at this hotel frequently and was disappointed for the first time with breakfast.

Basic and tasty, fresh with good variety. Coffee was great!

Unfortunate delay at checkout (9:18) with only one clerk deep into a discount review while several waited to complete their checkout.

My check in was quick and easy. Very friendly. When I checked out, the manager Matt was superb! I was not sure if I was a choice member, so he took the time and looked me up from a different address as well as an old phone number to see if he could find me. I ended up not being a member so he was quick to sign me up. the phone rang and he politely told the caller he would be with them shortly. I feel he gave me full attention and finished up getting me signed up. Choice has a great manager there. Friendly and so very polite and helpful.

The room was very clean. The Staff Brittany Matt and Jessie were very nice. Breakfast was excellent and hot. We'll definitely book again.

The power went out, but the staff was still professional.

Great location, walking distance to the convention center. The facility and the room is clean. The breakfast is good.

The AC unit is too loud

No pool (they know they won't have the parts until next year!!) The front desk lady did not mention that when we checked in. The hallways smelled like weed.

Mary, at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Let us park our motorcycles under the canopy due to a storm coming in. She was incredibly helpful and kind. Room was clean, as well as the facility.
