The front desk person who I interacted with was very pleasant and efficient. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully and I was grateful it worked so well after being outside on a day when the heat index made the temp feel like 105. The location is convenient to shopping and casual & fast food restaurants and relatively close to the I72 exit.

I had stayed here several years ago to attend a family wedding. At that time I recalled breakfast was included. It is not included now. However, there is a casual restaurant right next door which serves breakfast all day. A nearby Hy Vee grocery store also serves breakfast every day and is a good resource to shop for microwavable items for meals, drinks, and snacks.

The price was right for a one night's stay. We liked the location - close to a HyVee grocery and a gas station that made it easier to restock as we hit the road again the next day.

The rooms were nice and clean - you could tell there were updates. But there was no breakfast area in the hotel - there was a room that said breakfast area, but nothing was set up. Also the phone wasn't hooked up in our room. That was kind of odd, but with our cell phones, it wasn't a deal breaker. All in all a decent stay. We would stay there again.

Friendly staff. They granted my request for late check out. I was there for a funeral and wasn’t sure what time it would be over, so I was grateful to have a little more time. My room was quiet.

There was no breakfast available. The breakfast room was being used as storage. The facility is older. As I entered my room I noticed a tear in the carpet. But that didn’t affect my stay. Just made it feel kind of old.

The price, hotels in the city are 125 or so ,this was 81. The place is a little worn but still good value for the money if you wish to stay in the city

I was there for 3 days they did not replace any towels while there. rug at the doorway was worn

We stayed there a year ago and it appears they have remodeled . We were gone all day so just needed a clean hotel room. There is not breakfast but lots of places nearby. The price was right for what we needed.

The rooms were clean and enough space

The breakfast bar. They had nothing ready. We waiting 30 min and still didn't bring anything out. They kept telling us its on the way. So we just left we had a tournament to go to.

Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean, water was hot, price was great.

AC was subpar. Definitely could have used a colder room.
