The suite was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The living room overlooked the Mississippi River, which was nice. The unit is directly above a Mexican restaurant, but the restaurant closed by 9:30/10:00 so there wasn't an issue with noise. The location was great for walking around downtown Hannibal. The bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy.

The only downside was the fact that the unit is right next to train tracks, and there was a LOT of train traffic, especially at night. The trains blow their whistles prior to and upon arriving in Hannibal, and the noise was deafening if you had the windows open - it sounded like the trains were going through the living room. If you closed the windows and closed the door into the bedroom, the sound was more muffled but then you couldn't get any fresh air.

We use booking.com a lot, and this has been my absolute favorite place so far. We came for the Hannibal Cannibal run, and we were right by the starting line. We had a beautiful river view and were able to watch the fireworks from our large window! The place was clean, the shower was really nice with good water pressure and heat. We didn't have a chance to use the spa tub but would definitely enjoy that next time! Also lived entering codes and not having to deal with cards or keys. The bed was nice, and it was nice to have 2 TVs in the room too.

It's an older building, so the stairs are steep. Really no other complaints!

The location is awesome, right in the heart of downtown Hannibal, pretty much everything is in walking distance. If you're on the 2nd floor there's a somewhat distant view of the Mississippi River. We never interacted with staff other than a text message giving us door codes, which we actually preferred over a traditional "front desk". There's a Mexican restaurant and bar on the first floor, the food was very good. The suite was large, quiet for the most part (see train info below) had a great shower and was very clean and well-maintained.

The furniture, specifically the nightstands and sofa were a little rough, although everything was clean, they were quite worn and seemed like something that was picked up at a thrift store, not a huge deal, but with everything else being so nice, they kind of stuck out like a sore thumb. We were also a little disappointed that our room did not have a jacuzzi, we were under the impression based on the photos and write-up that all the suites had a Jacuzzi. Also be aware that you are right next to two train tracks, and the trains come through fairly often, the room is pretty sound proof though and if you're a heavy sleeper, you probably won't even notice.

Very clean, spacious, and good communication with owner! The Mexican restaurant on site was very good and reasonably priced! Great value at this time of year! It’s right downtown for walking convenience and there’s a marvelous view from the back window of the Mississippi and beautiful sunrises!

It was perfect, except the clocks were all way off and we didn’t know how to set them! Obviously nobody else knows how either! We just took an hour and 40 minutes off the time when we woke during the night!

We enjoyed the modern vibe of the room and the location close to Main street. The whirlpool tub for 2 could actually fit 2 adults, and was a marvelous way to relax after learning about Mark Twain in the sweltering heat of the day. The bathroom is luxurious, with great bath products and bath linens. The bed is very comfortable. Access is digital and easy. The hosts accommodated our early check-in request, which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed the stay. The instructions on how to get into the room were spot on. View was fantastic, and location was perfect for enjoying Twain on Main. It seems a lot of thought went into the positioning of things in the room. You could watch TV and also enjoy the view of the river at the same time. Texting for assistance with where to park worked great, and "Gully" was very helpful

Only a couple thoughts for possible improvements as things worked great. One would be a possible step/handle to assist getting into/out of the big tub. It was totally navigable, but a step or rail would have helped. Of course a different way would have been to sit in the edge and then pivot in/out but I didn't think of that at the time. The other thought is that if the loveseat reclined it would have been awesome. :)

Our host, Gully, was fantastic. Quick to respond to requests and offer great suggestions for dinner and breakfast. Great location. The apartment had everything, felt secure with a lovely view of the Mississippi. The room was comfortable and spacious. No noise came up from the Mexican restaurant one floor below.

First, the trains…well..really the locomotive and the engineer tooting the horn as a long, long train went by nearby. Multiply trains ran by into the night. The bedroom door did block the sound, however, I’d recommend ear plugs. Second, (and this is me as my husband had no issue) the pillows were firm in the extreme. The next morning, and for two days, my neck was stiff and pained. This is a subjective opinion.

Amazing location, the hosts are flexible and responsive, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and have all the amenities you could ask for.

My only VERY MINOR complaint is that the door to the hall is very thin and you can hear any noise from the neighbors walking down the hall, plus the hall light can be seen through a crack at the bottom all night. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue but really a very minor inconvenience compared to all the pluses.

The location was great and easy to find. Close to the Mark Twain museum. Plenty of eating places nearby. The room was lovely and comfortable. It was easy to relax in the room after a long journey. Loved the view of the Mississippi. Got a bit confused when we arrived, (access codes needed), but a quick phone call to the helpful and friendly Gully soon put us right. A very pleasant and relaxing stay.

We got married the morning of our check-in and were looking for a quaint, little place to stay with a view of the river, just for one night away. It was exactly what we were looking for. The bedroom was divided from the bathroom and living room, which I love. The bathroom and shower were squeaky clean, and the living room, with a wonderful Jacuzzi tub nestled into the corner, did not disappoint. It was everything we had hoped for. Gully, our contact at the Inn, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. That meant the world to us, thank you, Gully!

It's hard to pick out anything unlikeable here. If I had to nit-pick, I would say maybe upgrade the quality of toilet paper. There, I didn't even want to put that out there, but if I had to pick anything out, that would be all. No kidding, if we plan on every staying in Hannibal again, we will be staying here, without question.
