We originally booked a room with 1 Queensize bed and a sleep couch, but only learned at the hotel that we would need to prepare the couch ourselves. Thankfully, the receptionist was very forthcoming and offered us an alternative room with 2 beds. We appreciated the helpful and pragmatic attitude. The hotel is well-maintained and a short drive from Hannibal's attractions. It is suitable for short as well as prolonged stays.

The outside humidity is also an issue indoors, but this is probably not something that can be managed by anyone - it's just the climate.

The pillows were all hard No soft pillows to choose from on the bed I had a headache from sleeping on the hard pillows Woke up with a headache The woman stocking the breakfast items did not allow use gloves she touched each bagel with her hands I did mention it to the front desk

The shades were exceptional when blocking the morning sunrise. Parking was convenient. The breakfast was typical of hotels and it did not disappoint.

The shower did not get as hot as I would have liked but was good and has great pressure. Trying to figure out the television took a while. It's the little things. Lighting around the sink could have been brighter.

Exceptionally clean and nice quiet room We felt safe and snug and will definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about the property. My only problem was actually a Booking.com situation because I had noted I would be staying with my 10 pound dog and that never got to the property so at last minute we had to upgrade to a dog friendly suite so my expense was more. But the front desk man was very helpful and even gave me a bit of a discount for my dog.

Breakfast was "usual" - plentiful and a variety. The evening manager was wonderful and took time to come to my room to show me how to use the TV remote. We were part of a group (Missouri Lions) and were grateful to use the breakfast area for our evening meetings.

Bathroom faucets were "backwards" - hot was on the right - it took a while to figure it out abd get hot water.

Decent breakfast. Liked that there were healthy options like yoghurt, fruit and oatmeal. You can make your own waffles and those are pretty good. Friendly and helpful personel.

The only thing we noticed was a strange odor in one of the hallways. Not in the room though, it was very clean and pleasant.

Loved that they had a refrigerator/freezer compartments. Beds were comfortable, very nice shower area. Great breakfast area and food selection…everything you would want.

The only thing and I’m sure they have fixed it, was a missing bolt for the toilet bowl, so it tilted when used.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Warm food and many options.

Pool was dirty. The floor in the room was dirty just walking from the shower to the bed my feet were black from the carpet. Wear shoes in the room all the time.

The breakfast was adequate..typical hotel breakfast. The dining area was very clean and well attended. The hotel is fairly new and everything was clean and fresh. Had a problem in the parking lot, which was quickly handled by staff.

Location, Rooms & Facilities Were Clean, No Bugs, Employees Were Pleasant.

The Rooms Refrigerator Made A Repeating High Pitch Running Noise As Did The Room Air Conditioner, Was Bad Enough To Wake Us Up Several Times During The Night.
