We were greeted by Adam at the front desk to check in. He was pleasant, informative, and customer oriented. He answered all my questions and offered more advice for a place to eat, etc. He also greeted us with a bottle of water which was nice since we drove about 200 miles. He definitely believed in customer service. We ate breakfast the next day at the hotel and the lady who set up the breakfast was also very pleasant, a smile on her face and ensured we had plenty to eat. When we checked out the lady (sorry I didn't get her name) was very nice also. All the staff were pleasant to talk to and wanted to help in any way they could. As a surprise and bonus, when we were ready to leave, we were given a travel bag that contained a bottle of water, bagel and an orange to eat on the way back. We have stayed at many motels and hotels, and this was the first time we received a travel bag. Hats off to management for coming up with this idea. We definitely will stay there again if we go back to Burlington IA.

I believe the price was little excessive, but it connected to a casino, so I guess that is the reason for the price.

The location, the staff was great, the rooms were awesome. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I have a daughter with disabilities and is in a wheelchair so we booked an accessible room and it was so nice. It was very big and spacious and truly accessible. The breakfast was very good and the value was great. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location and amenities. Free breakfast! A lot to do within walking distance. Clean spacious rooms. Beds comfortable and shower gel and shampoo was great!

The price was more for one of the rooms than quoted!

Breakfast was great. Nice variety of food. And the location of hotel was perfect lots to do around the hotel. Extremely clean. The workers were always cleaning the lobby area. Rooms were also very clean and smelled fresh and clean. We loved our stay. We couldn’t say enough about it. We Will defiantly stay if we are ever in Iowa again.

Was able to checkin a little early. The deposit wasn't as much as other hotels. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was great. The hotel was connected to the casino.

I was happy with the whole experience. It was a great time. No issues at all.

We loved this hotel. Everything was so clean and it was very quiet. We would stay at all Hampton Inns if they were as nice as this one was!

The scrolling TV guide is stupid and confusing. Nothing in the room telling us how to operate it and had to be basically on top of tv for remote to even work

Comforters weren't soft, bathroom locks would be nice and the food we bought from there is ridiculously price.
