The property was clean, the staff were all super nice and helpful, and there were a lot of things to keep the kids busy!!

The arcade games don’t give out enough tickets for the “price” of the prizes at the end of the day. Example, my kids played all day for 2 days, each using about $140 (each) in play cards, and total they ended up with not even 3,000 tickets. The amount of tickets they had got them a bunch of candy, when all they wanted was a Mario plush stuffed doll. That is literally the only thing I have to complain about.

Clean and comfortable rooms which also looked nice.

Later at evening or night very limited (or none) in places to eat or grab a drink. Annoyance, had to repeatedly re-enter wifi name & password on device (iPhone). Several times very noisy; mostly from families but a couple of times even in the middle of the night (not sure what you could do about this).

The arcade, go karts, and outdoor water were certainly the highlights.. it was overall a fantastic experience!

We received an unexpected alarm clock around 7am to the sound of impact drills and heavy hammering. This was due to the construction on the indoor water park, we understood the cause but we’re surprised at the lack of consideration for sleeping kids… this was the only negative moment of our trip but it is worth mentioning!

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. We were able to get connecting rooms, which was really nice.

I wish that they offered breakfast. After spending money on rooms, lunch, supper, and the arcade. It would have been nice to have a complementary breakfast.

The arcade was fun. The food was good.

There wasn’t any breakfast at the hotel. Very disappointed with the water park. We took our grandkids who are 4 and 11. The pool was too deep for both of them. The 4 year old wasn’t tall enough for the slides, so there really wasn’t much for her to do. There wasn’t anything for us to do the next morning.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very comfy and clean! Most of the staff were very friendly!!

The only trash cans were in the bathroom. The bathroom doors were sliding doors, with a gap in between so you could still see out and weren't very private.

The floor in front of the door and bathroom floor had some mud spots that needed mopped up. Shower could have been cleaned better. Some light dirt on shower walls and in the corners of the shower floor

Had a little bit of something throughout the building.

Soooo many dead bugs in the water park. Large crickets and grasshoppers. Upset about how the go carting didn’t open until 4 or 5pm.

Awesome location. Great family atmosphere.

The pool was under construction but once it's back up and running this will be top notch family hotel
