Breakfast was fine and I was glad of it, because it was impossible to find anything to eat in the town on the evening before, so I was starving!

It was a bit dark in the room - the light by the bed not really bright enough to read by.

Enchanting little place, next to a gorgeous park,quiet ,clean nice breakfast ,lovingly presented!

Breakfast was good, standard German fare. The location was quite nice: along the park, in a quiet area near the castle and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

Bike storage would have been nice, and the listing over-sold the amount of beds in each room. The large room had a strange layout, with no real division between bedroom and bathroom, which made for somewhat awkward access to the bathroom.

No breakfast even though I paid for it. The day before I asked for breakfast earlier than normal, but received information that it is from 8:00 am and the next morning it turned out that the restaurant is still closed after 8:00 am, when I called at 8:00 am the gentleman was very unaware nice and informed that they don't open the restaurant today and we won't have breakfast. Our next dissatisfaction is that the description of the rooms on the booking website did not match what we found in the hotel, you probably gave me the wrong keys. Additionally, there was no towel in my room and I couldn't report it as there was no hotel service - the booking page says that towels are standard. The room without a towel was also very cold and not prepared to sleep, which proves that I got the room not prepared and the one I booked. Another thing on the booking page tells you that the hotel has a restaurant, which was closed at 19:00 in the evening and after 8:00 in the morning, so it was not true that the hotel has restaurants. On the booking page, you say that the hotel speaks German and English, and when I tried to speak English, I heard that you don't speak English and it is my problem that I don't speak German. In my history of traveling around the world for over 20 years, this is the first time I have experienced such unfriendly treatment by hotel staff and this is the first time I have to give a negative review.
