It was clean and confortable, the location perfect in front of the train station, and the manager at the front desk was very polite and helpfull,

The only thing I’m going to complain is about the smell of one of the rooms we stayed, it has an old water pipe smell. I know this odor is very common at old buildings here in Spain but it was quite bad, maybe it needs maintenance. Would come back though.

Loved it. Very reasonably priced and a lovely, clean space. Great staff as well, and very conveniently located next to train station. Don't expect breakfast or extra amenities, but for a great, clean, and pretty room to relax and sleep in, this is your place.

I would have liked knowing there was a hot water cap (no hot showers longer than approximately 6-10 minutes). It can get a little loud outside. I also wish there was a hot water kettle, but just little things. Overall a great stay.

Very clean and fresh. Bathroom cleaned every day.

There was no electric kettle or cups and saucers/ mugs and some sachets of teas, coffee, sugar etc. it was annoying that we had to dress and go down to the cafe below(which was basic but nice) just to have a coffee or tea before starting our day. The other point is leaving extra blankets in the rooms as it was v cold and uncomfortable for a couple of nights

So clean and cool, very comfortable and very good value for money. Conveniently located for the station though a bit of a walk from the old town. Still easy enough - only 10 mins walk. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a good quality, easy stay.

Reception is not manned regularly and you have to ring to let them know you have arrived then wait for them to come

Great location opposite the train station, easy to find, comfy bed, clean and large room, good bathroom. Not too noisy, despite the central location. Xativa is a lovely historic town and I was there on a Sunday so I was able to get the shuttle bus up to the beautiful castle. Great place for a 1 night stay.

A bit too much emphasis on house rules, which are how I would expect any guest to behave anyway.

Nothing really, parking is not easy but I stuck my motorcycle on the pavement and asked a policeman if it was ok. He said he’d ignore it for 24 hours!

I did not ask for quiet room in fact!However we were more than satisfied with the room, it was all very tasteful and exceeded expectations . Would be very happy to return.

Superb staff. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was in top condition. Great location for transport services and local restaurants and cafes.

The property was very clean and comfy. We were very tired because of the long ride and we definetely found our rest in these rooms. The staff was also very kind and answered all the questions we had.
