Everything about the hotel - the pool, the food, the fact that it was very clean and the room was big. The breakfast was delicious. I would happily go back.

The area is under construction and the streets are not so good looking

People from the restaurant and from reception and the fact that they offer a lot of toys which your kid can use at the pool. The facilities were nice as well. It is a good place to relax. The rooms are spacious and I also consider them well isolated against noise

AC was not properly cleaned. Sometimes the unit would give off unpleasant smell. I reported this, they said that the units have been cleaned just before summer and they've sent the handy man to check it out. Handy man said that he does not feel the smell (which was obvious) and if I want to see the filter, which I didn't because I knew that the smell is not from the filter but from the system. Most likely a deep cleaning of the AC units will fix the problem but it is something that they can improve.

The room was great, nice pool, good breakfast, great location, 3 mins from the beach. However, I advise to walk right on the beach and find a better one, with nice sand and cleaner. Sunbeds are a bit expensive but if you stay an entire day will be worth the money (front row are 100 LEI). The hotel pool has the same depth everywhere and also has a sepparate kids area. Near the restaurant there is also an indool play room, very handy in some moments of the day. The receptionist was nice and offered us an early checkin because there was a room that got free earlier. Also, the staff was nice, we had no issues.

There is nothing bad that I can say about the property but the staff manager was yelling lots of times at the staff and I felt the people where a bit under stress. Now, I am not a hotel manager, so I am just stating how it's seen from the outside and it looked unprofessional. Food is very good but takes a lot to get prepared so, don'd get there hungry, estimate when you will be hungry in advance 🙂 In the evening there are some live events and that's great for the adults but I'd like to suggest something more children friendly, some entertainment with dance - I had such experience and it was great for the kid and also for us, because we could eat in peace 😀

Exceptionally friendly staff, like we've never seen befero. Everything was spotlessly clean, trash taken out daily. Hearty breakfast, with custom made pancakes, gauffres and omelettes. Really close to the beach. They pay a lot of attention to the little ones' needs. Room big enough to add an extra bed. Great mattress. I shall recommend this place and will come again. Thank you!

We had a great stay here, so there were only a few small downsizes to be mentioned, hoping to be constructive. Booking said that the pool would be opened during our stay, which was not, because of this spring having bad weather, so maybe this should be changed. The kids couldn't use the playroom at times because of some group meeting held there. That being said, the staff were really polite about it. We did not enjoy the frozen pastry, not the fruit juice which was not freshly squeezed during breakfast time. It felt like maybe fewer options, but of higher quality, would have worked better for us. The shower gel wasn't great and the toilet was a bit tilted on one side and was pretty funny to use.

Next to the beach. Cozy place overall. Great circled concept around the pool area. Every day evening band (singing) activities. Breakfast diversity. Great cleaning services. Many staff members all the time around.

A bit pushy in overall up-sell process: - each 5 min someone was asking if we want something else to order. - anytime you just finished to eat/drink, that plate/glass was removed with obvious previous question: do you want smthg else? This way your table was almost all the time freed up and felt uncomfortable at the beginning to stay just few more minutes. Found many ants in the room. A bit tied in the bathroom: opened door stops at the closet, high positioned hooks for towels, half opened shower space on ground level so made it wet after each use. All the mentioned points are mostly improvements and small adjustments, so it’s ok.

It is a cozy boutique hotel that helps to detach from crowded Mamaia-Nord. The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly. Mostly young people speaking fluent English. The pool is very nice, 140cm deep, quite, and clean. It was never too crowded. Restaurant tables are located inside the building and at the pool in the yard, which makes the hotel a perfect place to relax during the day.

If you like to drink tee, you won't find it at the buffet (but probably one can ask for it).

It is a perfect location for a short (or long) stay with kids. The hotel is spotlessly clean, including the pool and outside areas, offers an amazing breakfast, but as well good options for lunch & dinner, and is located super convenient. And, to make it even better, all the staff is super friendly and they are going above and beyond to satisfy the hotel guests' needs and requests. Will definitely be going back

we had a speaker outside of our room under our balcony and the music was a bit loud during the whole day

The food is excellent and the staff really nice. the rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is kids friendly.

The area nearby is full of construction site and the road to the beach is dirty because of the street garbage.

We were pleasantly surprised by this family oriented hotel. The staff is very polite, the food is delicious, even in late September they had artistic program in some evenings. The beach is close and the rooms were clean. They have underground parking with an extra fee.

Everything was great, maybe a coffee machine in the rooms would be a plus, but very good coffee is available at breakfast anyway. A ramp for baby strollers would be also useful at the entrance.
