It was comfortable and clean when we arrived.

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was never cleaned during that period. Lots of construction around and no clear communication on how to reach the hotel, while many streets were closed around . Finally we managed to reach out to them on the phone and found directions but we had to walk the last 100m as you could not drive all the way due to traffic signs. I also did not appreciate being asked to clean the room and take the garbage out on departure - I paid for the hotel not some private accommodation.

The apartment is right next door to Westfield shopping center,so no problem with shopping or food. Also it is 30 min to centre of Paris as well as 25 min to Versailles Palace.So ideal for us to do something central,since we where visiting both . Also Paris centre died not have this kind of spacious apartment. This complex also has a nice swimming pool and sauna. There is plenty parking outside,so no point in paying 12 euro /night for underground parking. There is also a local 🍺

Kitchen very tiny i.e kichette We did self catering so it was small but manageable

Much choice. Good cheeses, tomato was nice. Fresh juices, youghurts etc... perfect. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool was good.

Only nutella,biscoff, jam jars were not propre. Last year there was small packages for all of them and that was more hyngenic. Hair dryer did not exist in my room

Very comfortable beds. Kitchenette has 2 hobs (not on the description) which made self catering much easier. Accommodating staff who enabled us to check in via email as we were arriving very late.

There are currently doing a lot of road changes and road works around the hotel so it was difficult to find the hotel. This is only a temporary problem though. One of the rooms, on the fifth floor, smelt of smoke. The other one, on the third floor, smelt fine.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and with lots of choices.

Flies were found during the first two weeks of my stay. Instructions of washing machines are not clear and cost me 10 euros but machines never worked.

The room was clean. The environment excellent

Intercom I was not able to communicate cos i don’t understand French. So i want you people to have staff that understands English well

Road construction made accessing the hotel difficult

Good price for value. Apartment was quite big with two rooms. Also we had an access to sauna and pool every day. Close to tram stop and then we could get to metro. Big Auchan market almost next to the hotel. Fantastic :)

There is no 24 reception so when you come late especially after your flight was delayed you can have some problems with chewck-in as we did ;(

The 1 bedroom apartment was great! The room had a nice comfy bed, and the living room was large enough with a couch (which converts to a double bed), a small desk, a table, and a kitchen area. Everything you'd need in a kitchen is there (microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and even a bottle opener, which came in handy :) Pleasant staff at check-in as well, I definitely recommended!

The only annoying thing is that you have to take all your trash to the lobby area at check out. Not a huge deal, but this was the first time I had to do it in a hotel. I guess it's because it's more of an apartment than just a hotel room. But given the value, it's an inconvenience that I'm okay with.
